I find out the problem, and I will explain so you know the answer for a
    future similar problem.

    Look at our site:
    http://tickets.otg.global/event/success-summit-2017/

The conflict is with the banner (or any other image we add) specially with
    a CSS class.

To recreate the problem, I can do the following:
    1) go to edit the event
    2) insert any media using wordpress ADD MEDIA button.
    3) when inserted, wordpress will add the following attribute to the IMG:

    class=”alignnone size-full wp-image-2246″

    4) if I leave it, two things will happen:
    a) the google map will not be showing any more
    b) when you add tickets, it will not ask you for the attendee data

I found that there is a javascript problem.

If I remove the “size-full” class, everything works fine.

    here is the sysinfo:

Hi! thanks for the answer. It is good to know that you had this snippet… but unfortunately is not working for me.
    It says:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS) in /nfs/c09/h04/mnt/209186/domains/tickets.otg.global/html/wp-content/themes/twentysixteen-child/functions.php on line 98

Could you please ask the snippet dev about this? probably he will be able to drive me through a solution.

    thanks

    Hi Andras,

I had installed the snippet. Anyway there are people that are buying tickets with all the attendee info, so something appears not to be working with the validation you did.
But anyway, the topic of this thread was the necessity of modifying attendee info from the admin.
We are a company that do programming, but I think this should be included in your release, not to be programmed aside.

Do you have a guidance of how to achieve this? for example where is the form that allow a client to modify the info?

    thanks,

    Damian

    Hi Andras,

yes, it is coming from there.
Is there any workaround to avoid this?

    Hi!!

    thanks for replying.
I’m using twentysixteen theme original, only change the font.
There are no more plugins rather than woocommerce.
No, I cant reproduce it. My browser (chrome) do not allow me to continue.
It happened 12 times from 200 tickets sold, and in almost all the ocurrences it was the only ticket bought. (yes, you are right about limitation increasing the number from the cart, but this is not the case)

    thanks!

Just in case anyone is in the same situation, I could NOT make it work, even downgrading the plugin.
You can insert a ticket into the event only in the original language (english in my case).
When I go to other language, add the event, add the ticket, press SAVE and it said SAVED but there is no ticket.
I tried many permalinks/configurations combinations but it doesnt work.

My workaround was creating 3 different sites (one for each language) and use another plugin to group all the orders.
It was a very poor workaround as it has a lot of problems and I spend much more money in plugins.

I hope you make tickets PRO compatible with any multilanguage plugin soon.

    No no!
I do not have a event calendar PRO, but I need EVENT TICKET PRO prior to 4.3.1 which I DO have a license. Order number 1180476, registered to this email.

    Please reply ASAP!

    Hi Geoff,

thanks for the reply. I will downgrade the plugins.
I downloaded the events calendar 4.2.7 and event-tickets 4.2.7, but I can not download event-tickets PRO older than 4.3.1.
    What can I do?

    Hi,

thanks. I must have the site in three languages. So I start a new fresh installation:
    wordpress
    woocommerce
    the events
    ticket events
    ticket PRO
–as this point everthing is perfect just in english —

now I installed polylang, configure it and now I have all the pages translated. I’m using just tickets, I’m not using events module, so I have the tickets attached to a page.

When I want to attach a ticket to the spanish or french page, I added it but it dessappear. The product is created but the ticket is not attached to the page.
I understand this may be something about slugs.

I understand you do not officially support multilanguage plugins, but I need your best to help me doing this site works.

could you please give me an advise of how to use tickets and polylang??

    thanks,

    Hi,

I think the same as inspyrmedia.
I understand you are working on the compatible settings and I can wait for that. But one thing is to be multilingual and another thing is that the site broke!
Im realizing right now of this and I found that the events calendar and ticket events pro is not a solution for me until you fix this.
Can you post a fix at least harcoding so I can continue using your plugins?

    thanks,

in reply to: where I can find tickets I bought? #1181994

    Hi,

thanks for the reply. I need to solve this in some way or I will need to find another ticket system 🙁

I confirm that I choose the options in “ticket” tab:
“require users lo login in before they purchase tickets”
After doing this, I bought a ticket (I had to login before purchase), (as an administator) I completed the order, I received the tickets by email (as buyer) and when I return to the event page, I do not have the
“You have 1 ……” you mention on your reply.

I’m using twenty sixteen, no more plugins rather than woocommerce and your plugin.

My problem is that I need to have a backup somewhere of the ticket with the QR code. If the user can not find it in his page, then I need to have a backup somewhere.

If it not possible that the user see a copy of the QR ticket, then I (the admin) should have a copy of the ticket.
So if we receive (always receive before an event) an email that says “I loose my ticket, where I can find it??” then I will be able to forward the email with the ticket.

The only thing I have modified is to follow this: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/selling-tickets-from-the-woocommerce-products-page/ because I want to have the ticket as a product.

    Thanks for the reply!

I understand. Is it something you will be working in a next release?

about the solution you propose, checking “requires users to login…” I already tried and I have two problems:
    1) Someone choose 3 tickets. fill all the information about atendees. And after click LOGIN the site ask you to login or create account, and after that, it takes you to the dashboard!!!
so you do not know how to go to that event again, and even worse, imagine if you filled 10 tickets information with name, last name, email, address….
    2) even that, imagine we can disable that text area.
I bought a ticket and when I go back to the event page, it do not appear the legend you say.

How can I debug to check why is not showing me my tyckets?

    Thanks!

    Damian
