Participantsounds great !! thank you!!

ParticipantThanks, I think I have resolved this by adding the postal option as another product and then linking it to the ticket as a ‘cross sell’ item
😉

ParticipantGreat! good to know.. makes sense..but thought I would check
thanks for the great support !!

ParticipantOk, before we do that. Can I ask . Did you delete the whole Event Post? not just the ticket section of the Event Post. i.e go to Events Post , select one and delete the entire post.
best

ParticipantHi Geoff,,
my issue was the other way around 😉
i deleted the event post , but the tickets were still left in Products and I did cross check the SKUs

Participantgood advice geoff
excuse my ignorance (you must think me a real numpty 😉 )
but can you tell me where in the file structure I should place it to ensure it doesnt get over written on updates..
cheers
John Paul
ParticipantThanks Geoff,
I am definitely having a go at this to improve my chops…
I will start by just duplicating what is in the /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/list.php
and renaming it to list1.php and placing in my child theme..
can you advise what the child structure would look like please?
best
John Paul
