MemberThanks Brianne
Are you able to test out the WordPress update? I know it’s a pain, but the WordPress update was a big security issue. They retroactively added the fixes to older versions of WordPress as well and many hosts applied that fix immediately. It would be a big help to see if our update matches the WordPress core update.
In the meantime, I will ping our developers with what we’ve got here.
Thanks

MemberHi Kelli
Can you open a new thread for your issue? That will help us better troubleshoot the issues. We are limited in providing technical support in our pre-sales forum. However, since this is potentially an issue that impacted all of The Events Calendar, we will give it some attention.
Thanks

MemberHi Grace
Can you tell me which way you are using to export? Is it the front end export button on your calendar?
Thanks

MemberHi Ronak
This issue does apply retroactively to many versions of WordPress, including 4.0.19 (the version I see on file for your site) and back as early as 3.7. Unfortunately, the only solution to remedy this is to upgrade to the latest version of at least The Events Calendar and possibly also WordPress itself.
Please do back your site up, and if at all possible, use a test/staging server before pushing these changes to a live site.
Thanks

MemberHi Brianne
Before taking this back to a developer, can you confirm that you are using WordPress 4.8.2 and The Events Calendar 4.5.13?
To help us troubleshoot, can you provide us with a database dump?Β https://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database.Β Please upload your file to Google Drive or something similar and send us a private reply with a link to download it.
Also, can you share a link to the iCal feeds you are importing?
I can then escalate your information on to our developers for more testing on this bug report.
Thanks

MemberHi Irene
So sorry about the conflict. Our team announced a hotfix, which resolves an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/41496) was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendarβall users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin, and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue.
https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-the-events-calendar-4-5-12-3/.
Since then, we’ve also released our regularly scheduled maintenance release. https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-week-18-september-2017/. Please run the latest updates. The Events Calendar 4.5.13 will resolve your issues I believe.
Please update and let us know if this resolves your issues.
Thanks
