Participanthello – i just updated to the latest version of the events caledar plugin (4.5.12.2) specifically because of errors i had been experiencing with the event aggregator functionality. my import jobs just re-ran and it duplicated all of the existing events it had already imported in the past. Help!

MemberHi Brianne
Before taking this back to a developer, can you confirm that you are using WordPress 4.8.2 and The Events Calendar 4.5.13?
To help us troubleshoot, can you provide us with a database dump? https://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database. Please upload your file to Google Drive or something similar and send us a private reply with a link to download it.
Also, can you share a link to the iCal feeds you are importing?
I can then escalate your information on to our developers for more testing on this bug report.
Thanks

MemberThanks Brianne
Are you able to test out the WordPress update? I know it’s a pain, but the WordPress update was a big security issue. They retroactively added the fixes to older versions of WordPress as well and many hosts applied that fix immediately. It would be a big help to see if our update matches the WordPress core update.
In the meantime, I will ping our developers with what we’ve got here.
Thanks
