MemberHi Kelli
So sorry about the conflict. The Events Calendar 4.6 is now available, which resolves an issue related to the display of events in the default Month View. This issue (https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/41496) was introduced with WordPress version 4.8.2 and impacts all previous versions of The Events Calendar–all users are encouraged to update as soon as possible. No other changes were made to any other areas of the plugin, and we apologize to anyone who might have been affected by this issue.
https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-the-events-calendar-4-5-12-3/ was the first update last week to address this.
Please update and let us know if this resolves your issues.
Thanks

MemberHi Dennis
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. If they don’t meet your needs, you can take a look at the options under Events » Settings » Display.
Let me know if any of these options work for you.
Thanks

A breakdown of our burst of recent updates can be seen here with super simple explanations about each:
https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-the-events-calendar-4-5-12-3/. Hotfix that address the WordPress update immediately (released just hours after WP core updated 4.8.2 and retroactively backwards to many other versions of WP)
https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-week-18-september-2017/ Our regularly scheduled every-other week maintenance release
https://theeventscalendar.com/release-events-calendar-full-rest-support/ Our regularly scheduled monthly feature release (some months are about The Events Calendar, other months are focused on other plugins)
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
• If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
• If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! 🙂
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Craig
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Â
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin. You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
For your license, when you go to My Account » Licenses, do you see it in your list? I do see 2 licenses for Event Aggregator in your account.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
