Participant@d20games open an new ticket please, thats an entirely different issue.
@saintrichard The core (TEC) runs off of WordPress’s built in updater. Our Pro extension runs off our own updater. Are you familiar with how to use an FTP program (like Filezilla)?Chris
ParticipantThe only way I can think of would be to set Events as your homepage

ParticipantHi there,
You’ll need to translate those strings. Our guide for translation is here:

Chris
ParticipantHi there,
We don’t have any shortcodes for the calendar in TEC or ECP at this time.-Chris
Chris
ParticipantYou can do it currently actually (I’ve seen a couple sites that do it), but its an extreme amount of customization to do so. The new filter bar will make it easier to add custom search filters, but you’ll still need a good worth of PHP knowledge to make it work.

ParticipantAn easy solution would be to also use the Redirection plugin and just setup a 301 redirect to the events page

ParticipantHi there,
We extremely apologize for missing this one.
It goes in the style.css file for your child theme.-Chris
Chris
ParticipantYeah, FTP delete for core works fine, so long as you FTP delete the old, and then FTP up the new before you go back into your dashboard.

ParticipantThe first is really a question for the person who made the Dynamic Pricing extension. As the author of the Jigoshop Price by Roles extension that has nearly the same functionality, it should, but again thats something you should ask him. Keep in mind tickets in WooTickets are the same as WooCommerce products, so it should work.
As for the second one, yes, since it doesn’t matter whether a ticket was purchased with other tickets, they will all have that user’s information on it.

ParticipantHi there,
The reason the page is slow to load is because you are loading a whopping 166 js, css, and images on that pageload as shown in my analysis of your site. I recommend optomizing your theme to use less resources, reduce the number of plugins that are using frontend CSS, JS and image assets, and reducing the number of events you are loading on a page view. Additionally, you might find a lazy loader plugin extremely useful. I’d recommend using WP Super Cache in your case, and using it’s preloading of taxonomies and categories.Analysis waterfall image: http://d.pr/i/LOFL

ParticipantTry:
1. Deactivate Pro
2. Deactivate Base version
3. Activate Base version
4. Activate ProThen if it doesn’t show try checking again

ParticipantWe suggest using the Say What? plugin from the WordPress plugin repository
