ParticipantBradley,
Just wanted to check back in and see if you were able to resolve this issue. Just let me know if you’re still having problems. Thanks!March 18, 2013 at 6:23 pm in reply to: Community Calendar Events List Says "This feature is not currently enabled." #43224Casey
ParticipantDwbro1,
Could you send me a private reply with a login to your site so I can investigate further? Thanks!Casey
ParticipantTerrance,
Yes, I logged into the Dashboard, but couldn’t see anything that looked obviously wrong. Can you try switching to the default Twenty Eleven theme and then seeing if that does the trick?
Casey
ParticipantTerrance,
Have you tried deactivating all other plugins and then reactivating one-by-one to see if there’s a conflict? I suspect that’s the issue.Try that and let me know what you find.
Casey
ParticipantTerrance,
Sorry to hear you’re having problems. Have you activated both plugins?March 18, 2013 at 7:39 am in reply to: Community Calendar Events List Says "This feature is not currently enabled." #43052Casey
ParticipantDwbro1,
First of all, have you tried disabling all other plugins to check for conflicts? That always helps us to narrow down the issue.Secondly, are you running the latest version of the Community add-on (1.0.5)?

ParticipantTiago,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately this functionality is not built into the plugin. We have an add-on that will import events from Facebook, but not the other way around. You might be able to import events into Facebook using the calendar’s RSS feed maybe?
Hopefully that helps get you on the right track to research this some more. Thanks!
Casey
ParticipantThanks for confirming that this got you sorted. Unless you disagree, I’m going to mark this thread “Answered” and close it out.
We really appreciate your support and please let us know if you need anything else in the future. If you find yourself with a few minutes and would be so kind as to give us a “Works” rating or a positive star voting on the WordPress.org repo (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/the-events-calendar/), or even a shoutout to your followers on Facebook or Twitter, it would mean a lot to us. Thanks again for using the plugin.
Casey
Participantianbj,
It means that you need to set your WordPress Permalinks (Settings->Permalinks) to something other than the default: http://d.pr/i/FbMMHope that helps! Let me know if you have further questions.
Casey
ParticipantThanks Daniella. I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, so you can follow the discussion on the other thread. Feel free to start a new thread if you have other issues. Thanks!

ParticipantBradley,
I’m now seeing this issue. Have you deactivated all your other plugins? I’m just curious why it would be working earlier, but not now. It makes me think that something has changed. Can you verify?Casey
ParticipantDaniella,

ParticipantBradley,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you guys are having issues. I was able to successfully submit an event on your site with no issues (see here: http://d.pr/i/3FLf).Can you list out the steps you took to get this error? That way I can try to recreate it. Thanks!
