    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help out.

    We revamped the recurring event process in 3.12 can you please update to that for all the Event Plugins and see if that helps.

    If it does not work, please provide a screen shot or all the recurring settings you are trying to use on an event and we can go from there to resolve this.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    We only have a way to export a single event to Google Calendars.

    The export process for Google Calendars relies on all the information being in the url so it only supports the one event.

    You could try using the export ical file on the list or month view and importing more events that way.

    For addition help on the core version of the Events Calendar please ask in our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    It is not a feature of Community Events to be able to charge a fee for posting events.

    It is something we are interested in adding, but I do not have a timeline for when that might happen.

    If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    I can help point you in the right direction on this.

    That email is sent by WooCommerce so the settings to change it are found here:

    WooCommerce > Settings > Emails Tab > “New order”

    I am not sure what you meant by the last sentence, but all modifications to that email would be done in WooCommece so that would be a better place to search then our sites.

    I can try to help out some more though so let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the issues you are having.

    Can you please try removing your license keys from your account on TheEventsCalendar.com and then reactivating them on your site to see if that resolves the issue.

    To do that, login to your account and go to My Account > License Keys

    Click “Disconnect now” next to all the urls and go to your site and add those license keys back.

    I agree that could be a good feature.

    If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the info.

    I see you are using the Divi theme and it is their archive settings causing this as the Event Views are archives.

    Head to Divi > Theme Options > General Settings > Number of Post displayed on Archive pages

    Change that number to 10 or what you have as the number of events to show in our settings.

    That should fix the issue.

    I came up with this snippet that changed the default visibility to Catalog/search for all tickets:

    Add that to your theme’s functions.php and that should do it.

    For reference the coding that controls the visibility is found in this file:

    wootickets\src\Tribe\Main.php

    In this method:

    save_ticket

    You could also use either of these hooks if that one is to general:

    wootickets_after_update_ticket

    wootickets_after_create_ticket

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    Sorry for the confusion on the license. A license is good for one year of support and updates.

    However, at the end of the term the plugin still works it does not turn off.

    If you do not renew after a year you do not have access to future updates from that point forward.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    I have looked into this before and there is no good way to force a pagebreak between emails as many of the email services including Outlook and Gmail strip it out.

    I played around with adding larger margins, but it took a lot of work to get even a couple correct so it was not something we felt could be added to the plugin and do a good job of it.

    Hi Again,

    Sorry for the delay in getting to this today. We are launching a new version of the plugins today and it delayed us in getting to your question.

    We do not have features to organize events by groups. You could use the Event Categories for this, but as your request here: “each group needs the facility to add an event where people can register/join” we do not have any feature that could do this. It might be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide for the most part.
