    We ask for Facebook to return the Cover Image and it appears that they do not return anything over 720px because of that.

    I did look through our coding and it looks like we do have a filter that might be able to change this:

    apply_filters( ‘tribe_fb_get_facebook_photo’, $photo, $api_url, $response );

    This is the variable that sets the image size:

    $api_url = $this->build_url_with_access_token( $object_id, array( ‘fields’ => ‘cover’ ) );

    You might be able to filter that and get a different size.

    That is found in this file:

    plugins/the-events-calendar-facebook-importer/src/Tribe/Importer.php

    Hi,

    The shortcodes in Pro are a Pro only feature. Same for the additional fields and recurring events.

    If you can wait we will have coupons for Cyber Monday (November 30th) and you could get Community Events at a lower price then.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using the Events Calendar.

    Here on the pre-sales forum, I’m afraid we do not provide technical support. I would ask that you take any technical support questions across to our wordpress.org forum – our staff scan it periodically and other community members may also be able to help out.

    The Events Calendar

    We do have this guide about 404 errors here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/404_and_seo/

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    That is an interesting request, unfortunately, it is not a feature we have in our plugins.

    It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.

    Cheers

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    It looks like a theme conflict has been created causing this issue.

    I found this resolves the issue:

    .tribe-events-schedule h2 {
    font-size: 100%;
    }

    Add that css to your theme’s stylesheet or through a plugin such as Simple Custom CSS.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    The coupons would all be run under WooCommerce still and you would add them there. Tickets are just products so you can use what WooCommerce provides to get what you are looking for.

    We do not have any other coupon features or methods beyond that.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Having said that if you are using an Enfold Theme they have their own related events and would be able to help with this issue as it is not our coding causing this.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    We do not have a way to do this as a feature and it is not possible with css to do this.

    You might be able to find a script that could do this in the field, but since it is not a feature we are unable to provide much support on it.

    I can try to answer some questions about it if you like to get you started.

    Let me know.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in our plugins.

    It is currently not a feature to collect information like that for each ticket.

    It only collects the information needed by the eCommerce System to process the payment.

    We are working on this as a feature, but I do not have a timeline for its release.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    We do not have a feature or a way to change the image size that we get from Facebook.

    If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Hi Again,

    I can help out here to get you started. See my answers below.

    1. Are the directory structure and file names listed above correct? If so, am I missing a step somewhere?

    That looks to be correct. I tested on my site and added some css and it worked for me. It could be the css is not overriding the existing ones so it is not showing. Do you have any example of what you changed?

    2. Also, is this the only CSS file I need to update?

    That should work fine, you are not overriding the existing sheet you are just adding from here.

    3. Is there a list that indicates particular screen elements and the corresponding CSS element to change? I want to change a number of things.

    Unfortunately, no that list would almost be impossible to maintain. I use the developer tools or firebug in my browsers to find css classes to change. We have a basic guide to getting started using it:

    Using Google Chrome Developer Tools

    4. Is it possible to change the CSS for the form for entering events?

    Any css can be changed with the correct selectors. The Community Events has a body class of tribe_community_edit
    You could use that to target form elements on that page only.

    Cheers

    Hi,

    Thanks for the interest in Pro. We do not have a demo, but we do offer a 30 day refund period so you could get it and it does not work you can ask for a refund.

    A first step for compatibility is to try the core version of the Events Calendar found for free on WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

    If that works most likely Pro will work too as Pro is an Add On for core and uses many of the functions from it.

    If you do have issues with core we maybe to help, but please post the WordPress Support Forum for the Events Calendar:

    The Events Calendar

    If you do purchase Pro and would like some help please post in the Pro forum on theeventscalendar.com. We maybe to help, but many times theme compatibility is beyond what we can support.

    Thanks again!

    Hi,

    That is not a feature we have. I do not see any icons like that from my end. It could be a Chrome Extension that adds this or anything script.

    We only have the google export in the single events.

    My guess is the script cannot detect the time fields so it defaults to today.

    Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

    Thanks
