ParticipantHi, wmglennosborne. First, let me apologize for the delayed response. We changed our back end support forum tools, and I’m sorry to say that your thread got lost in the transition.
That said, I had our developer take a look. If you could send us a copy of the slider.php code, that would be super helpful. Once we get that, hopefully we can see where things are breaking down.
Thank you again for your patience! 🙂

ParticipantGreat question, fermacconsulting! We’re happy to help.
Have you tried adding it to an override wootickets/tickets.php? That’s where I’d try first.
Also, if this is your first time making an override of one of our templates, please check out the Themer’s Guide for a walkthrough.
Let us know how it goes! 🙂

ParticipantNo problem at all, cecapra. I just want to make you that your expectations are set appropriately. 🙂
So glad to hear that the new snippet worked out for you. Thanks for being a TEC user!

ParticipantHi, jdxuereb! Excellent question! 🙂
I know of one thread previously where a user had that issue, but apparently he was able to resolve it with a setting change. You may want to check out the thread to see if it helps ring any bells for you:Â https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/weekly-events-not-showing-up/
If that doesn’t help jog your memory, I’d recommend maybe going through the normal troubleshooting steps of checking for theme and plugin conflicts by changing to a default WP theme like Twenty Twelve and deactivating all plugins to see if the events reappear. If they do, then, add things back in one at a time until you find the culprit.
If you’re still seeing the same behavior after going through all that, please let us know. We’re happy to help you get to the bottom of this. 🙂

ParticipantHi, osmans84. Very intriguing idea!
It sounds like you’re using the Include events in blog roll feature. The way this is configured is for the events to show up as posts with the dates of the events as the published date. Because the blog roll is always in reverse chronological order (oldest posts are lower than newer ones), I’m not sure how you’d change that WP behavior to allow for the behavior you describe.
If you’re looking to show upcoming events, a better bet may be to simply use the main events page in list view. Another option would be to repurpose the list widget for that.
Do you think either of those could work for you?

ParticipantHi, kyleheld. We’re happy to help!
I just checked out the site you linked above and I found plenty of events on the calendar page:Â http://d.pr/i/SJh6 Maybe it was a caching issue?
If not, would you mind sharing a screenshot or including the URL of the page where you’re expecting to see the events?
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, bradystarr. Excellent question! 🙂
When I visit that URL, I’m seeing all the events listed on a single page. Would you mind sending a screenshot of the behavior so that I can have a better idea of what’s going on?
Thanks!
Kelly
ParticipantHi, jmbalsa. Great question!
Typically, the root of your calendar would be at /events/ on your site. So, I would expect, for your site, it would be at http://offdelalatina.com/events. This URL is customizable in the Events Calendar Settings.
Does that help at all?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, thepuppetbox. Great question!
Unfortunately, as stated on the WooCommerce Tickets product page, the compatibility between recurring events and all of our ticketing plugins has yet to be implemented. It is on the roadmap, but we don’t have any timeframe that we can quote you on it.
I hope this isn’t a showstopper for you. Is there another way that we can help you make things work for your site?

ParticipantHi, folks! I have some news to report on the status of our troubleshooting of this bug.
Unfortunately, it looks like this is too fundamental an issue to be resolved with a snippet of code or a quick hotfix. On the other hand, this has lead to a new and much improved datepicker being on the docket to be part of our next scheduled maintenance release. It should hopefully make up for your pains.
We truly appreciate the patience in the interim! 🙂

Participant…ggeiger, it occurs to me that a screenshot might help you see what I mean:Â http://d.pr/i/8hnR
Please do start a new thread if you’d like further help troubleshooting. 🙂 Thanks!
