ParticipantHi, juliemoose.Β It looks like what we’re dealing with here is a whole bunch of plugins that aren’t playing well together.
Our dev has identified the biggest culprit here:
If the user could please start by removing the invalid duplicate meta tag telling IE to force edge that would be awesome. I can see IE actually complaining about it in console and switching into IE7 mode at times.
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge,chrome=1" />
The first declaration is fine, the second one output by some other plugin way later is no good.
There are also a number of javascript errors that you may want to address. Anyhow, please give that a go, and let me know if that resolves the issue. Thanks! π

ParticipantThanks for the detailed response,Β irishrunner16. I definitely see what you’re getting at.
Unfortunately, the way the CSV importer works right now is that the Name is the unique identifier for the row. We’d definitely be open to changing that in the future if the community would see value in that. Would you mind suggesting it on our User Voice forum? We’d be very grateful! π

ParticipantHi, kg4izp. Great question! π
Would you mind checking out the solutions offered in this thread:
I’m think that you’re having an issue with your CSS here, and that should straighten things out for you.

ParticipantHi, Mat. Great questions! π
- WooCommerce Ticket allows you to have a limited stock of tickets, so that should have you covered there.
- We don’t have a setting right now to duplicate an event entirely. We do offer a CSV importer that will allow a CSV file of events to be imported. Also, with PRO, your venue and organizer information is stored so that there is no need to reenter those details for each individual event.
Are there any other questions that I can help you with?

ParticipantHi, veruska. Great question! π
We have a tutorial that walks you through doing just that! Please give it a whirl and let us know if that suits your needs:

Hope that does the trick!

ParticipantHi, whirlmagazine. Great question! π
The sort order with PRO active should be identical to the order without it. That said, is there something about the sort order that doesn’t look right to you? If so, please send a screenshot and let me know the specifics of the view and the events that appear out of whack, and we’ll see if we can get to the bottom of it with you.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi, mending. Great question! π
Unfortunately, there isn’t a setting that would allow for that out of the box. The simplest solution would probably be to change the link that you’re using to direct people to the calendar to something that called out a specific week, e.g.Β http://www.yoursite.com/events/week/2014-03-03/
Do you think something like that could work for you here?
Kelly
ParticipantHi, Chris. Great question! π
This really comes down to which add-on you’re looking at. For all of our ticketing add-ons, those options are controlled by the plugin that they interface with, e.g. WooCommerce, EDD, Shopp, WPEC. Assuming that the commerce platform will respect those settings, I don’t see why that wouldn’t be able to apply to our tickets.
Are there any other questions that I can help you with?

ParticipantHi, Alex Navas. Great question! π
For now, unfortunately, we don’t have a way to pull feeds from calendars like Google or iCal. We are able to import events from Facebook, if that could help you.
Are there any other questions I can help you with?

ParticipantHi, criticalshadows. Great question! π
By default, tickets are created as Hidden in the WooCommerce catalog. Is it possible that you need to uncheck that box to make the ticket visible?
