Thanks for this information Brian, I presume that Event Ticket Plus works more or less the same way and is replacing WooCommerce Tickets in the future then?

Hi Nico,

Sorry for the late response. When I type in NEAR location West Sussex it comes up with no results. It lets me input London, UK and that works.

The search bar works reasonably well when I type in the course names such as “Revit” or “AutoCAD” it’s just the location search that doesn’t really work at all. As I guess most people would type in their hometown and the results show nothing unless people input a major city. It is a bit pointless having the search bar if it doesn’t even work.

Anyway I have found that most users of the site don’t use the search bar as have labelled course locations in the event name. But thanks for your help, I just wanted to give you feedback mainly that there are issues with the search feature.

Hi,

I have just had a response from Avada. They have sorted out the issue by adding:

.tribe-events-list .type-tribe_events { position: relative; }

to custom css. They are going to add this to the next update. Just thought I’d let you guys know in case anybody else comes back to you with the same issue. (sorry for responding in different topic but mine was closed)

I appreciate you trying to let me know. I tried that solution, but unfortunately the problem I’m having is with the ticket prices not displaying in the list view. I don’t know whether you are having this issue too?

Hi Nico,

Like Tommy I have tested on TwentyFifteen and it worked fine. After changing back to Avada I also cleared the cache to see if this helped and it didn’t. All plugins are up to date. Still the prices are not displaying in list view, only when clicking on the event.

I will notify Themefusion of this conflict.

I feel like an idiot. I’ve just resolved it by deactivating the Woocommerce Quantity Increment plugin!
