ParticipantHello,
I’ve recently updated the Avada theme to the latest version. As I understand Theme Fusion have been working on updating the style of the events calendar format. However, after updating to Avada 3.8.7 I noticed that the ticket prices stopped showing in the calendar list view. They are still showing on the actual events page. All of my plugins are up to date.
Interesting it only showed 1 price and this was listed right at the bottom just above +Export listed events.

MemberHey Carl,
Thanks for reaching out on this!
If you can confirm this a theme conflict with Avada (you can do this by switching the theme to WordPress default TweentyFifteen theme and re-testing), then you should try contacting Theme Fusion on this. Specially if this was working before the update.
Also are you running the latest versions of our plugins? That might help but I’m not sure at all.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can for you here,
Best,

ParticipantI can confirm it’s Avada related. I tried TweentyFifteen and it works fine. Anything you can help us with? Or do we need to go directly to Avada?

ParticipantHi Nico,
Like Tommy I have tested on TwentyFifteen and it worked fine. After changing back to Avada I also cleared the cache to see if this helped and it didn’t. All plugins are up to date. Still the prices are not displaying in list view, only when clicking on the event.
I will notify Themefusion of this conflict.
Thank you

MemberHey @Carl and @Tommy,
Thanks for confirming this guys! Not to blame on Theme Fusion, but this seems to be a bug introduced in their last update for sure. So, yes the way to go should be to report this to them. Hope they can address it soon.
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you need help with anything else please don’t hesitate to create a new one and we will be happy to assist you.
Best,
