MemberHi Miriam,
That’s definitely not expected behaviour – can you try our standard troubleshooting steps and see if that helps to isolate the source of the problem?
* Please ensure your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date
* Deactivate all other plugins
* Switch to a default, unmodified theme
* Now test to see if this same issue persists
* If it does not, reactivate everything one-at-a-time, testing at each stage to see if it returns (taking note of whichever component seems to cause the conflict, if indeed any do)This might help us to get to the bottom of the problem π

MemberYes, but before doing so please understand that:
- We may need to repeat the above outlined troubleshooting steps (deactivating plugins, changing theme and possibly other steps) and there is therefore every chance this will cause disruption to your website
- We will try to restore the theme, plugins and settings but ultimately it will be your responsibility to ensure everything is restored once we finish
- You should make a complete backup and know how to restore it before providing us with login credentials
If that all sounds acceptable definitely do go ahead and share credentials and we’ll happily take a look π

MemberHi Robert,
Great idea and we’re definitely open to feature requests. The correct place to post them though (you might even find an existing request for this, in which case it would be ideal to comment and show your support for it) is:
Thanks!

MemberThanks barnesmusicfestival. With your theme in place featured images work as expected – so I’m wondering if we can revisit the basic troubleshooting steps just to confirm that you followed them in the entirety:
– Please ensure all of your Modern Tribe plugins are up-to-date
– Deactivate all other plugins
– Switch to a default, unmodified theme: Twenty Twelve or Twenty Thirteen are good choices
– Now test to see if the problem remainsDoes that resolve this at all? If so, can you reactivate everything one-at-a-time, testing at each stage to see if the issue has returned?
Thanks!

MemberHi Miriam.
Looking at your site it seems prev/next month navigation is working, the calendar is populated and switching to list view (from month) functions as expected – can you confirm all of those initial 3 issues have indeed been resolved?
If not just point me in the right direction and we can keep looking.
Thanks!

MemberHi Brian:
Just checking to see if you need further help and also to check if you can provide a note of the theme and active plugins on your site to help us get to the bottom of this one.
If you could additionally try deactivating all other plugins but ours and switching to a default, unmodified theme (to see if the problem is a conflict) that would be doubly great.
Thanks!
Barry
MemberHi Anne,
We’re just researching this a little further (as other users have reported similar problems). If it all possible, could you drop us a note of the plugins (and also your theme) that you remember being active at the time this problem occured?
If that’s possible it would be awesome and much appreciated.

MemberHi ellaearth,
We’re definitely still interested in helping out here. Even if you have since resolved this, would it be possible for you to provide a list of all plugins that are active (or were active at the time of the problem) and also a note of your theme?
That would be awesome – thanks!

MemberHi gracebiblechurch,
We definitely appreciate you taking the time to do that however I believe that is only a single table (the options table) whereas we’d really need all of the tables in the database.
Thanks!

MemberHi again gracebiblechurch – would it be possible to obtain a dump of your database?
If you are familiar with and have command line access to your server an easy way to do this is to use the mysqldump utility. Alternatively, some hosting providers have a tool in the hosting control panel to help with this, or if you can access a graphical database tool like phpMyAdmin you’ll probably find an option in there.
If that’s possible could you share the dump as a downloadable .zip file, either available on your own server or else via a service like Dropbox or Droplr?
Thanks!
