ParticipantHi, I just had a look at my error log and there are tons of error messages related to your plugins. I am occasionally getting server error messages when I use wordpress. I’m wondering if there’s a problem with your plugin and my configuration.
Here are some samples:[Mon Aug 12 11:25:52 2013] [error] [client 66.249.74.84] FastCGI: server “/hsphere/shared/php53/bin/php” stderr: call_user_func_array, Tribe_Events_Month_Template->setup_view, Tribe_Events_Month_Template::get_daily_counts, TribeEventsQuery::getEventCounts, WP_Query->query, WP_Query->get_posts
[Mon Aug 12 12:46:01 2013] [error] [client 84.0.74.207] FastCGI: server “/hsphere/shared/php53/bin/php” stderr: WordPress database error Unknown column ‘ids’ in ‘field list’ for query SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS DISTINCT ids FROM bp_posts LEFT JOIN bp_postmeta ON (bp_posts.ID = bp_postmeta.post_id AND bp_postmeta.meta_key = ‘_VenueGeoAddress’)
[Mon Aug 12 12:46:01 2013] [error] [client 84.0.74.207] FastCGI: server “/hsphere/shared/php53/bin/php” stderr: AND (mt1.meta_key = ‘_VenueAddress’ AND CAST(mt1.meta_value AS CHAR) != ”) ) GROUP BY bp_posts.ID ORDER BY bp_posts.post_date DESC LIMIT 0, 1 made by require_once(‘wp-admin/admin.php’), do_action(‘admin_init’), call_user_func_array, TribeEventsGeoLoc->maybe_offer_generate_geopoints, TribeEventsGeoLoc->get_venues_without_geoloc_info, WP_Query->__construct, WP_Query->query, WP_Query->get_posts
[Mon Aug 12 12:46:01 2013] [error] [client 84.0.74.207] FastCGI: server “/hsphere/shared/php53/bin/php” stderr: WordPress database error Unknown column ‘ids’ in ‘field list’ for query SELECT DISTINCT ids FROM bp_posts INNER JOIN bp_postmeta ON (bp_posts.ID = bp_postmeta.post_id) WHERE 1=1 AND bp_posts.post_type = ‘product’ AND (bp_posts.post_status = ‘publish’) AND ( (bp_postmeta.meta_key = ‘_tribe_wooticket_for_event’ AND CAST(bp_postmeta.meta_value AS CHAR) = ‘338’) ) GROUP BY bp_posts.ID ORDER BY bp_posts.post_date DESC made by include(‘wp-admin/edit-form-advanced.php’), do_meta_boxes, call_user_func, TribeEventsTicketsMetabox::do_modules_metaboxes, TribeEventsTicketsPro->do_meta_box, TribeEventsTickets::get_event_tickets, TribeWooTickets->get_tickets, TribeWooTickets->_get_tickets_ids, WP_Query->__construct, WP_Query->query, WP_Query->get_posts
[Mon Aug 12 12:46:45 2013] [error] [client 84.0.74.207] FastCGI: server “/hsphere/shared/php53/bin/php” stderr: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /hsphere/local/home/painting/brisbanepaintingclasses.com/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 1766, referer: http://d2637045.i259.quadrahosting.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=338&action=edit&eventDate=2013-12-20
and so on.
Do you guys have error messages on your test site? What do the above messages really mean? (If there’s a common thread)
Can I hire one of you to sort out my errors with your code? I may also need more customization. Better to get someone familiar with these plugins to make the changes than someone who has to get their head around it.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi there,
I’ve been unable to replicate these errors. As for developers, we recommend (in no particular order):
WerkPress (http://www.werkpress.com)
WP Valet (http://thewpvalet.com/)
Ryan Neudorf (http://ohryan.ca/)
Treefort (http://treefort.net/)

MemberHi ellaearth,
We’re definitely still interested in helping out here. Even if you have since resolved this, would it be possible for you to provide a list of all plugins that are active (or were active at the time of the problem) and also a note of your theme?
That would be awesome – thanks!

MemberBased on what we’ve gather in other threads it sounds very similar to a known conflict with NextGen, which is unfortunately not something we can help with due to the particular way that plugin is put together.
If of course you aren’t using NextGen let me know, ideally with an answer to my questions above, and we’ll happily dig into this a little further.
Thanks!
