Cool, thanks, appreciate the help.

adambowieParticipantDuh! I realized this after I left my post.
What about seeing the actual ticket, is there any way to do that other than sending it to myself?

adambowieParticipantThanks guys. I tried installing Woocommerce Autocomplete Orders but it did not work – although it may be because I am running 4.1.
I will test Niggo’s solution now and update the thread once I do. Thank you both!
adambowieParticipantHey Brian – this was really helpful. I forgot all about Event Rocket. Thanks!
adambowieParticipantHey Barry – the problem is that we have people in 2 different purchase groups, so we cannot pull up a final tally at once and search through it. Is there a way to merge these?

Can you walk me through how I can manually reassign the attendees so I don’t lose them?September 22, 2014 at 11:07 am in reply to: Emails from WooCommerce Tickets – straight to spam #759290adambowieParticipantGuys – thanks for the reply. We are using Sendgrid. The issue apparently is that it is sending a text version of the email – but the text version has HTML directly in it. Its as if it is sending the text version as HTML, if that makes sense. This is causing deliverability issues since the HTML and text version don’t match up now (text version should not have html tags in it, etc).
You can test it if you like by purchasing a “free test ticket” here (there is no longer a landing page to bypass first)

September 18, 2014 at 7:41 pm in reply to: Fix needed: Sort attendee checkin by name or email list #751962adambowieParticipantWas this ever built into the system?
The fact that you dont have many people requesting the feature bears little weight. Most people know such requests have no immediate results – and are therefore unlikely to do this.
To be honest, I cannot understand why this would not be done when it is such a simple fix. Its seems amazingly obvious to me to just make the change. Logic alone would dictate fixing this.adambowieParticipantHey Barry – thanks – I will update you. We have our team on it now. Perhaps if we get all the kinks worked out we can share with others here.
Appreciate!
adambowieParticipantThanks but it seems that new feature never actually get developed 🙁
Maybe we could do it ourselves. Is there a way to API in to do the redemption?adambowieParticipantHey Barry – is there an easy way to integrate QR codes onto the actual tickets? This way we could redeem tickets via QR code reader. Must faster and more practical than having laptop to check in. Is there a way to make a QR code call a “check in” via URL?
