send ticket to different email

    We have sold about 1200 tickets to an event, and four or five people say they never have gotten the ticket.
    I have resent the ticket, doing this:

    Question 1: Was this the correct way to resend the ticket?

    Question 2: If that still doesn’t work, is there a way to send the ticket to a different email address?
    That would be the simplest solution.

    Appreciate the help, this is rather urgent as the event is about to start.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    That is the correct way to resend ticket emails.

    I was able to get it to send the tickets to another email by going to the order.

    Click on the pencil across from Billing Details.

    Then changed the email address there and clicked Save Order.

    I then resent the email and it sent the tickets to the new address.

    Does that work for you?

    Duh! I realized this after I left my post.

    What about seeing the actual ticket, is there any way to do that other than sending it to myself?

    No worries.

    Yep, for WooCommerce the only way to see a ticket is to send it to yourself.
