ParticipantAll working again, so happy to close.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
The reason I mentioned it, is that solutions are given in other threads as follows:
“just released a fix on our Event Aggregator server to address the Eventbrite Imports issue”
Anyway, all working still. I will keep open for another day, and then happy to close.
Thanks,
Darren.Darren Cope
ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for the reply.
iFrame now seems to be displaying consistently – Nothing has changed at my end – Has something changed at your end?

ParticipantI have this issue – If you refresh the screen (F5) do they eventually appear?

ParticipantI’ll close it now – feels like I’m hogging the forum.

ParticipantFinal Update…
I have other websites, so started from scratch on this one:
https://www.aldershotenterprisecentre.co.uk/event/tea-on-the-lawn-2018/
Removed all apps/extensions from the Eventbrite account this website is linked to. Disconnected Events Calendar Eventbrite plugin. Reconnected.
Performed single URL import – stuck in a login loop for 5 attempts. Then connected. I could then pull down the 1 event that is live and it updated.
Went to the event (link above) – No Eventbrite ticket – Press F5 few times, Eventbrite ticket appears.
The thing I’m finding frustrating is that other calls are appearing in this thread with a title that appears to report a similar problem – They are private, so not sure if they are resolved? There was also another update for this plugin – are there some issues that are being worked on? I can keep trying to break my website by disabling plugins/themes, but it has worked seamlessly before this update.
Anyway, if there is any light you can shed, brilliant – If not, thanks for your efforts and I’ll check back to see if others find a fix.
Kind Regards,
Darren.

ParticipantI’ve tried again on my mobile phone and exact same issue – I can select an event at random (https://www.wsxenterprise.co.uk/event/gdpr-keeping-compliant-and-building-that-database-back-up-wimborne/) and no Eventbrite booking button.
I’m not sure what else I can tell you.
Let’s leave it there.
Thanks.

ParticipantIt’s intermittent, so if you went along the events at the bottom of the linked event, it will start to mess up.
Press F5 a few times and see what happens – I can recreate on any PC/phone I try it on.
If not, no worries as I’m going to have to try something else.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Jaime,
The URL is correct, although I didn’t link the actual webpage where it is a problem – You have to change the .co.uk to .com – One of the issues I raised at top of the thread. You can change manually to .com or use the plugin for different locale.
All our events are completed as they always have been – Never been an issue before. The support call I referred to was just an example of the same issue I have. The call itself may be different, but if you click on the website that the call refers to, the Eventbrite plugin appears + disappears on the screen.
I have updated the plugins, cleared cache but no change – some events have Eventbrite, some don’t – I then F5 and the inverse occurs.
Here is a page where it comes and goes: https://www.wsxenterprise.co.uk/event/instagram-for-business-strategy-tips-tricks-for-driving-sales/.
I still have ‘Currently migrating Eventbrite events to ensure proper data is displayed when editing.’
I’ll start the de-bugging now and see what it shows.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi There,
Installed plugin and set locale to UK – Didn’t make a difference, I’m afraid.
I can literally go through all my events here https://www.wsxenterprise.co.uk/events/ , press F5 on my keyboard and an event may get the ticket option or may lose the ticket option. Cleared local cache, cleared server cache – No change.
Have looked at APIs on our Eventbrite and screenshot attached – should the ‘ea.theeventscalendar.com
EA Eventbrite Production’ have overwritten the ‘The Events Calendar Plugin’?‘Currently migrating Eventbrite events to ensure proper data is displayed when editing’ is still showing.
Thanks,

ParticipantOne of the images I uploaded was for this booking, showing it all working:
https://www.wsxenterprise.co.uk/event/wsx-business-growth-forum/
Now no ticket button! Literally, the time it took me to upload the post and it’s gone.

ParticipantHave now tested on my localhost copy of the website and exactly the same issue.
I have enabled Twenty Sixteen theme and disabled all plugins apart from Events Calendar – some work, some don’t.
I then go and check again, and different ones will start working/not working! This is the same on LocalHost.
Common to both is the message ‘Currently migrating Eventbrite events to ensure proper data is displayed when editing’ – This has been on the live version since the call was initially raised – I have removed plugin, flushed cache, reset permalinks, etc.
Some events are linked to main Eventbrite account – some are our partners. I import as a single URL, change .co.uk to .com and import works – However, eventbrite option is lost sporadically on either type of import (account linked or 3rd party).
Hope you can help.
