ParticipantThanks Nico, I would say your support is second to none, except maybe to pagely, so thankyou for your response and the PM
I don’t completely understand what you said above TBH and I don’t feel that I wan’t to. I understand the need to protect the multisite licensing model – since it’s such a big ticket item ( and there could be so many sites! ). However I’m already paying nearly twice the rate for a business licence even though I’m only using 1 site – I can’t remember why – do I need it for a multisite?
Anyway, It’s just dissappointing – but thanks for the quick and thorough response, and I look forward to it being resolved somehow down the line 🙂

ParticipantUnfortunately I don’t have a staging server, Pagely offer one for single sites but not networks..and I don’t currently have the skills / patience to set one up!
No plugin updates available as yet, but it may not have been pushed. So no need to respond I will update early next week.
Thanks
Chris

ParticipantHi and thanks
I’m not seeing the updates anywhere – so TBC not in the network admin or single sites.
There’s no way i’m going to be updating it manually regularly, I don’t really understand why it’s not possible – is it something to do with your overly complex licensing?
chris
ParticipantNo no – The licences have been validated for months.
The site doesn’t see available updates – for the pro plugins.
I’ve manually updated a couple of times, don’t want to keep doing that!
chris
ParticipantGreat, so what’s next?
chris
ParticipantThanks – Yes
I get this warning though
Thank you! You have enabled a valid license. It looks like you are using this license within a multisite network. If you have 11 or more subsites or want network-level management, you need to upgrade to a multisite license. Read more about license options.
I have more than 11 subsites but only use the plugs on one

ParticipantThanks – I’ll look at the feature requests

ParticipantI meant Events created by pages without vanity URL’s such as E.g.
https://www.facebook.com/pages/Big-Untidy/190328169852
I understand that I can also import these individually, by event ID – but am asking if importing these kind of pages is also on the road-map

ParticipantThanks George. I have passed this on.
chris
ParticipantThanks George, my site is working correctly because I rolled back the plugins to 3.10.0
I have backups, I use – WPMU snapshot.
The issues appeared when I upgraded to 3.10.1
So the recommended way out is through and to update and troubleshoot?
chris
ParticipantJosh,
I’ve read that – it’s not clear.
However, if you want to manage your license keys, plugins, and updates on a network level, and/or you have over ten subsites, you will need a multisite license.
Ok — this is suggesting that I need to buy a multisite license
If you are running a small network (10 sites or less) and don’t mind managing the plugins on a subsite level, you can purchase a Business (up to 3 sites) or Agency (up to 10 sites) level license. You will need to input the keys into each individual subsite’s Events Settings page as described in our other license key tutorial.
I think this suggests that I can’t use a Business or Agency license and that I have to buy one of these mythical multisite licenses
On My license Page https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ there are options for Agency and Unlimited?
Am i supposed to choose Unlimited?
Surely you are not asking me to pay £1200 to license your plugins on my 1 site?
1/2 way through my 1 year license functionality stops because you’ve
We’ve recently made some license changes
This kills my site. Over.
And it’s completely arbitrary.
I only use it on 1 site.
On your product page there is an outright purchase for Pro Multisite at £350 and probably similar for FB. There is no upgrade link for this package and I don’t want to have to buy it.
Your changes have put my costs up 400% – This is nuts. From $150 to $700 ? I feel Livid, and robbed.
Please link me to the license that I need to buy
chris
ParticipantOk.
I’ve moved the site from a separate network (on the same install) so that all of my sites are in the same Network
My License is showing up as site url (www.silverstreetstudios.co.uk) rather than mapped URL http://www.aquedukt.co.uk
License is still showing as invalid on aquedukt dashboard

ParticipantOk.
Thanks, I’ve passed it on to Toolset support and I’ll see if it helps them and report back.
