ParticipantI had to manually update plugins to version 4.0.1 as updates weren’t showing previously
They stil don’t show available updates except for the the events calendar which is on version 4.0.6
This is on a Multisite install but I have no problems with any other plugins – don’t really want to have to manually update all the time, any advice?

ParticipantHey Chris,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
As an initial step, can you verify that the license keys have been added and saved on your site? The updates won’t show if the active license hasn’t been verified.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks – Yes
I get this warning though
Thank you! You have enabled a valid license. It looks like you are using this license within a multisite network. If you have 11 or more subsites or want network-level management, you need to upgrade to a multisite license. Read more about license options.
I have more than 11 subsites but only use the plugs on one

ParticipantGreat, so what’s next?

ParticipantHey Chris,
Once you add the license keys and get the valid (green) response below, you’ll need to click the update button at the bottom of the page to have the keys saved. Once they’re saved, you should now see the updates for the latest versions of the plugins that you’ve added keys for. This may take a few minutes before the updates become visible.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantNo no – The licences have been validated for months.
The site doesn’t see available updates – for the pro plugins.
I’ve manually updated a couple of times, don’t want to keep doing that!

ParticipantHey Chris,
I apologize for the confusion there with my last response.
A couple of other potential (but rare) issues could be at play here:
- Verify that that both 162.243.159.176 and 50.116.28.27 IP addresses are whitelisted with your current hosting provider. If not, your site wouldn’t be able to communicate with our server and wouldn’t be able to access the update.
- Check your wp-config.php file and ensure that “TRIBE_DISABLE_PUE” constant hasn’t been added to prevent access to the automatic updates.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!
