    Please read this b/c this is still a problem – even though we figured out a work-around for the time being.

    first of all, it is not possible to change the theme. This is a custom project and the theme is critical. We disabled all but the theme dependent plugins and your plugin. the same errors persisted. What we had to do was to add a duplicate event time to get Phone Bank with the Florida Democratic Party on Wednesdays from 10-1 (the main time) to show on the front end. With the other event, Poll Greeter and Watcher Training Session, even though the 25th was in the admin, we had to add it again to get it to show up. this is not a conflict with a plugin. it is a problem with the way the data is being processed by your plugin. I shouldn’t have to put in duplicate events in an event that has multiple times to get it to display on the front end properly. This was not a problem until your last upgrade and we haven’t changed anything on the site.

    I said the site wasn’t showing up but it is. I still can’t update and get the error.

    So far it is ok. but i won’t really know until there is an update.

    I am having another problem with a recurring event that is not showing up. only the initial event showed and it is set to recur monthly on the 3rd Saturday. But the next event which should be in July is not showing up and message is that no events are available.

    i didn’t select any country and i didn’t see any error.
    also the ticket is not created..

    the previous ticket i tried where i encountered errors, the country and state are specified..

    any other errors that may cause the issue on the ticket?

    what are the required fields on the eventbrite side? how about the amount of ticket?

    i add a new test, still not working even if i select “none” for the payment.. but i do select “live” for the event status

    Yeah i noticed that, when you create your test event it works for you..
    i think what cause the problem is the “Payment” i setup the option for “Accepted Payment Methods” and select paypal.. it is not working, but when i set to none, i noticed it works..

    Yes, that is correct.. data just not showing up at Eventbrite, the actual ticket is not being created at EventBrite..

    here is the problem:

    i created an event that i want to associate with Eventbrite and create tickets for that event..
    when i fill up the info for ticket information, the data/value that is set to “name,type,cost,start date,end date, quantity” are not being read/pass to eventbrite.

    why need the option for tickets? what is the purpose of filling up the form for the ticket settings(http://ge.tt/3tSRlBH/v/0)?

    i mean we fill up the ticket name,type,cost,start date,end date, quantity and then for nothing?
