can't update events calendar pro

i just purchased a business license, entered the key in collierdems.org which said it was valid.
when i try to update, it fails.
under licenses, the site is not showing up.
please fix this.

I said the site wasn’t showing up but it is. I still can’t update and get the error.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having an issue with updating your plugin.

As a first troubleshooting step, can you try deleting the plugin and adding it in manually via the method described here:
