Thank you for response. I have enabled WPML plugin and tried. But there is one problem. Let me brief you.

Requirement: Actually for us, we don’t need accurate translation. Even if it’s a separate page it is fine. We just want people booking from Chinese to receive chinese emails.

Currently inspite of following the steps you mentioned, the chinese version tickets (both in admin and customer page) disappears. And re-appears when I change it to default (English).

Is there a work-around to meet the requirements I stated?

Sorry for spamming. It’s very critical. And I finally found that it’s because of WPML.

If I change the event page to Chinese, the created event disappears. But when I move the same page to english, it re-appears!
Please suggest a solution to overcome this.

So, sending e-mails in different language according to booking will also be a problem is it?

We are hosted in Siteground. Does this affect?
    Very strange issue.
Also tried a dumb way of deleting and uploading plugin again. Still the same.

Yes, that’s right. Using Event Tickets and Event Ticket plus as stand-alone.

I gave the ticket start date as 15th Feb and end date as 28th Feb

When I save the ticket and click on “update/publish” page, I can’t see it in the admin view as well. Attached the screenshot for your reference. So I am not able to “edit” the ticket.

    But the Ticketed(1) appears.

I have used Event Tickets before, but have never faced this. If you wanna help us troubleshoot, we can share the WP username password. Because one of our events is coming up in 2 weeks and we want to get this up ASAP.

And is it possible to send e-mails without an SMTP plugin? Please advise if you are aware of configuration for the same.

    Hello Brook!

Thank you. It might seem interesting because of a peculiar problem that I am facing with event ticket plus (going on in another thread but doesn’t seem solvable before our event). The tickets seem to double when booked. Users are getting 8 if they book 4. So my goal was to block the ticket e-mail at the time of booking, edit and send them a week before event via woo-commerce order option so that we don’t have a problem mapping their ticket and table number. 🙂
It will be helpful if it’s done in my peculiar case haha.

    Hi Nico,

My wordpress by default faces problem sending mail. So I have configure an SMTP plugin. I noticed that if the SMTP is disabled, then this issue is not reproduced. Is this some clue?

Regarding order ID, it is always added by default in woo-commerce.

Also qtranslate doesn’t display multi lingual windows for portfolio types. So it actually reflects the changes.

Hi Nico. As a last try, I disabled qtranslate for “portfolio” and created another ticket in portfolio type.
    Please find the screenshot attached.

Also, do you have any idea of changing from qtranslate to wpml? will it involve a lot of re-work?

As I typed the previous msg, It doubles up again with WooCommerce & QTranslate-x disabled. This is a headache!
