ParticipantHi there!
I just noticed 1 of our customer information is not displayed. We did a follow up test and noticed that the details were not captured too. But subsequent followup testing information were captured.
What might be the issue?
We have set all fields as required?
Have we seen any such issues before in Event Ticket Plus?
Is there any settings to configure?Regards

MemberGood evening Ken and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the attendee data missing from your tickets.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a side note, I am also noticing that you are using WPML.
I highly recommend reading and using the following guides:- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-the-events-calendar-with-wpml/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-translations-for-events-using-wpml/
I am also quite impressed that you have successfully been running Event tickets Plus with WPML.
We have yet to offer official support for that compatibility, so kudos! What might be the issue? We have set all fields as required? Have we seen any such issues before in Event Ticket Plus?
This issue can arise when people modify the quantity amount of the product in the shopping cart.
<span style=”font-size: 0.875rem;”>This “breaks” the attendee information typically.</span>You could apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/66bf05df61ee269c60ff20d6f39e2cab#file-functions-php
This will prevent such ticket quantity change in the cart.
You might also be interested in the following extension that lets you edit attendee information: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-can-admin-updatechange-ticket-information-for-anonymous-customer/#post-1357096
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
