Sí utilizo la extensión Event Tickets Plus Extension: Show and Print Tickets y la DK PDF. También tengo todos ls plugin actualizados.

Our users receive this error when they are not logged on the web. If they are logged in, they can download the pdf through the link correctly.

Buenas tardes:

Yo tengo el mismo problema, tenía seleccionado “Import events but preserve local changes to event fields.” y muchos eventos se han cambiado a una fecha de 1970. Para evitar estos cambios, he cambiado la selección de importación a “Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved.”

Pero ahora no se como localizar los eventos que se han cambiado para arreglarlos manualmente y si son muchos.

Por favor, es urgente que se arregle este problema.

Acabo de probar de nuevo la reconexión desde un PC ¡Y A FUNCIONADO!. No se si el error venía por haberlo intentado anteriormente desde el Ipad o es porque habéis tenido el servidor con problemas.

Buenos días:

Sigo intentando resolver esta incidencia sin éxito, siguiendo estos pasos:

-He borrado la conexión con mi web que aparece en el área privada.
-He borrado la aplicación de Event Aggregator instalada en facebook
-He vuelto a introducir la clave de licencia…

Nada ha funcionado, al darle a conectar con facebook sigue apareciendo BAD LICENCE

En la pestaña de API aaparece el siguiente mensaje:

You need to connect Event Aggregator to Facebook to import your events from Facebook.

Sin embargo, cuando le doy a conectar, aparece el mensaje “Bad License” a pesar de tener un número de licencia válido.
