He repetido las pruebas y he comprobado que el pluging que da el error es “Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft”. Si desactivo este sí que funciona el formulario.
Al ver lo del captcha pensaba que era necesario para vuestra aplicación y no lo había desactivado al realizar las pruebas. Ese pluging lo utilizamos para evitar el registro de usuarios indiscriminado en la web por parte de los robots.

¿Para que aparezca en la vista de Mapa hay que introducir la localización GPS a mano? En un evento he metido la localización a mano y si que aparece en el mapa, aunque esto es mucho trabajo cuando se tienen muchos eventos.
