Anti-Spam Check

Good Morning:
Since I have updated to the new version 3.10, does not the Anti-Spam Check. Invalid value for the Anti-Spam Check: As much as we change, the error always appears. So we are tentatively planning to turn it off.

Another mistake we see is that the currency symbol no longer appears automatically when sending the event as administrator. Furthermore the Spanish translation has gotten much worse, because now many things are in English, as in the previous version were in Spanish.

And if you allow me one final comment, I answered a survey sent to me by e-mail at the end I was told I would receive a code that I have received.

Desde que hemos actualizado a la nueva versión 3.10, no funciona el Anti-Spam Check. Por mucho que lo cambiemos, siempre aparece el error: Invalid value for the Anti-Spam Check. Por lo que provisionalmente estamos pensando en desactivarlo.

Otro error que observamos es que ya no aparece automáticamente el símbolo de la moneda cuando envío el evento como administrador. Además la traducción al español ha empeorado muchísimo, pues ahora aparecen muchas cosas en inglés, cuando en la versión anterior estaban en español.

Y si me permiten un último comentario, contesté una encuesta que me enviaron por correo-e en la que al final me dijeron que recibiría un código que no he recibido.

This is not a problem I can replicate (locally) with our latest releases, though I certainly see it on your site.

You noted when you opened this topic that you had run through our standard troubleshooting steps (ie, deactivating all plugins but those made by Modern Tribe and switching to a default, unmodified theme such as Twenty Fifteen): can you confirm if things worked as expected under those conditions, and if you were able to determine whether there were any conflicts?

I repeated the test and I found that the plugin gives the error is “Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft”. If I disable this does work the form.

Seeing how the captcha thought it was necessary for your application and had not turned off the testing. This plugin use it to avoid indiscriminate logging users on the web by robots.

He repetido las pruebas y he comprobado que el pluging que da el error es “Google Captcha (reCAPTCHA) by BestWebSoft”. Si desactivo este sí que funciona el formulario.

Al ver lo del captcha pensaba que era necesario para vuestra aplicación y no lo había desactivado al realizar las pruebas. Ese pluging lo utilizamos para evitar el registro de usuarios indiscriminado en la web por parte de los robots.

Glad you were able to find the conflict 🙂

I think the best course of action then is probably to turn off the other plugin (unless you need it elsewhere on your site) – and hopefully there will then be no further issues.
