ParticipantJust a note if any one has this same issue. It wasn’t a plugin or conflict. It looks like last year (whatever plugin versions I had at the time), when a ticket was bought and was in the processing mode, it would show in the attendee count. Apparently this year (with whatever plugin versions the events calendar plugins and woocommerce are), ALL orders have to be COMPLETED to show on the attendee count.
I did not see any info on this when I originally searched this issue and it would be a GREAT bit of support info so I didn’t have to go thru all the reverting and plugin conflict steps.Mary

ParticipantThanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately, the Woo dynamic pricing plugins I’ve talked with said either they can’t work with events/dates (which I don’t understand because the event tickets are created as woo products…)or they don’t have the logic. I will look into the list of developers.
Thanks,

ParticipantYeah, I’ve had a lot of emails today about people not getting the ticket email. Besides figuring out the problem, my big question is: is there a way to mass “resend” the ticket email for a specific event (assuming it works)?
Thanks!Mary
ParticipantHi, the video at the link doesn’t work. Is it possible to update/fix it? I’d really like to see how this extension is supposed to work!
Thank you!Mary
ParticipantThanks for the responses.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for the link. I had actually come across that before I posted and while it’s related and possibly could help if the check in gets faster, my question is still a little different. When I order 3 tickets, I get three separate QR codes. I’m asking if all tickets in one order can be included and checked in under one QR code. So I don’t have to scan 3 separate QR codes to check in a family. So a QR code to check in an order, not just a ticket.
ThanksMary
ParticipantSo, my actual issue was with checking in people – we’ll have groups coming and instead of checking in 4 or 5 people each time, just checking in all the tickets in that order. Any suggestions for that?
