Not sure if this is the same issue but our main event listing page at /events is now showing Website Archives as it’s page title? Any fix for this? Thanks…
July 24, 2014 at 10:00 am in reply to: Footer Widget for Events Calendar Pro Stopped Working #498210robpooleParticipantInteresting. Will you please keep me up to date on how to fix the problem? I managed to add the events back to the footer, but it has larger text, so it can’t fit as large of list as before.
July 21, 2014 at 11:02 am in reply to: Footer Widget for Events Calendar Pro Stopped Working #472443robpooleParticipantIt’s the Events Calendar Pro widget. I don’t feel comfortable switching to a default theme because that caused problems when I was trying to fix a different problem (which is now settled).
Basically, the problem is that the column in our Footer where our events should be displayed is not displaying. I want the events to be listed there. How do we fix that?
Also, there is a notification at the back-end of our site that says The Events Calendar: Community Events 3.5. plug-in is out of date. What problem would that cause?
Thanks!

July 11, 2014 at 12:59 pm in reply to: Visual Content Composer Changed after Updating to WordPress 3.9 #350303robpooleParticipantThanks for the reply. I’m pretty sure it’s a problem with the theme. I am trying to contact CMS Masters now.
And yes, I have changed the theme and disabled all of the plug-ins, and that did not fix the problem.
Thanks!July 9, 2014 at 3:10 pm in reply to: Visual Content Composer Changed after Updating to WordPress 3.9 #324214robpooleParticipantWhen I changed the theme, it completed changed the layout of the whole site. So that option doesn’t work. Is there a way to speak to someone on the phone about this. Or do you have other suggestions? Many thanks!
July 3, 2014 at 4:28 pm in reply to: Visual Content Composer Changed after Updating to WordPress 3.9 #272459robpooleParticipantI don’t think I understand how to change the Theme from 2010 to 2012. Can you explain to me how to do that?
July 2, 2014 at 4:31 pm in reply to: Visual Content Composer Changed after Updating to WordPress 3.9 #268502robpooleParticipantUnfortunately, I can’t send a screenshot through the comment box. Or at least can’t figure out how to. But yes, we are on the same page. The text that is in content blocks is not displaying correctly.
I will try your suggestion again. I probably didn’t do something correctly the first time. I will let you know if I’m still having problems. Thanks!
July 1, 2014 at 6:15 pm in reply to: Visual Content Composer Changed after Updating to WordPress 3.9 #265634robpooleParticipantThanks Matt.
I tried your suggestions, but I am still having the problem. I deactivated all of the plug-ins and updated the themes, but the visual content composer still wasn’t working well.Is there anyway I can get a more clear step-by-step for this issue? Can I speak to anyone on the phone or is the there a video you can send me that show how each step should be done, so I can make sure I’m doing it right.
robpooleParticipantThanks! You can close this out.
robpooleParticipantSorry, last post. I cannot even get into the Settings of the Events plug in now since upgrading the Events Calendar and the Pro plugin. I get this error ”
Fatal error: Call to undefined method TribeEvents::ecpActive() in /home/content/90/11314690/html/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar-community-events/admin-views/community-options-template.php on line 43″Please advise what I should do. Can I revert back to the old version of the plugin?
robpooleParticipantThe Community submit an event page no longer works since updating. We really appreciate the donation for non-profits of the Community and other add-ons but how do I update those? Is that not available with the non-profit donation? It’s less than a year since we received the plug-in and launched the site. If you can let us know the Terms of the non-profit license that would be helpful so in the future I don’t run into this issue and I won’t update unless ALL the add-ons will update as well.
Thanks.
