ParticipantHi,
Is there any update on a fix for this? We’ve updated to 4.4.6 but still have the same issue.
With thanks

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Yes, that is the issue I mean.

As this is not a show stopper in this case, we’ll await a release with a fix for this.
With thanks

ParticipantHi Brian,
I rolled back to a previous version of my WP installation so that I had
EC 4.0.5
EC Pro 4.0.3
Event Tickets 4.0.4and then re-updated so now I have
EC 4.0.5
EC Pro 4.0.3
Events Tickets 4.0.4All looks to be OK now.
Having updated again just now, will that also include the security patches that were mentioned in emails I received last night?
Thanks
Phil

ParticipantI’m keeping the current version rather than rolling back and just disabling list and month views for now. Not ideal, but hopefully they’ll roll out a fix soon
Philip
ParticipantIf I switch setting to week view it works ok
http://www.impactmh.org.uk/events/
However switching back to month view brings the problem back again.
Switching to list view creates the same problem
Fatal error: Call to undefined function tribe_get_date_option()

ParticipantHi Cliff,
That’s all great but those iCal files are being generated by clicking on The Events Calendar export buttons. The average user can’t be expected to know how to (or be inclined to) open the file and edit it. It doesn’t make for a great user experience. This is clearly and issue and is more than likely affecting other users too.
If this function in The Events Calendar Pro doesn’t work, then we’ll have no option to diable it until a bug fix is released.
Thanks

ParticipantHi George,
Not a problem. It’ll be a few weeks at least before we hand over to the client to manage, so we can us the US date format work-around for the time being.
Thanks again.

ParticipantHi George,
Thanks for the update. I’ll keep the plugins updated and will keep an eye on the changelog.
You guys give great support. I wish everyone else I deal with was as committed as you guys.
Thanks again.

ParticipantBy the way, I have checked my date picker settings just to be sure and they are set to a UK format day/month/year
