    Hi,

    I have an event that occurs weekly on a Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning and Wednesday afternoon. I have set 3 different rules, one standard and two custom, but the Wednesday afternoon recurrence is not showing in the calendar interface. Am I doing something wrong? – Screen grabs attached.

    Thanks for reaching out! I’m really sorry about this recurrence issue. I have tested this in-and-out and it looks like you have found a bug. It looks like that the event instances for the second custom rule are not created.

    I already filed a bug ticket for this, so hopefully a fix will be on the way soon, however I cannot commit any date just yet.

    As a workaround I can recommend that for one of the custom rules you set up a separate recurring event.

    Sincerest apologies for this and I hope the workaround will help you until the fix arrives.

    Sure thing Philip, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

    I am going to close this ticket to new replies, but the issue is still open and we will update this ticket once we release a fix.

    Hi Philip,

    Although there is no fix for this yet, there is something that might fix this for you.

    I have discovered this happens (the recurrence doesn’t show) if the duration of the recurrence is the same as the duration of the original event.

    In your example this is 2 hours 15 minutes. Try setting the duration to 2 hours 16 minutes and check if that solves it for you. Please let me know the result.
