A whole year has passed for me. How times flies and the same ‘missing features’ such as a meaningful attendee list and recurring events and ticketing are still missing.
Good luck Tribe. You will need it.
paulpetchParticipant@barry We have it that each event ticket regardless of if its single or recurring now has an attendee count that yes, can be emailed to event organisers. Previously there was just a ‘global’ count of people who purchased a ticket and not able to send specific numbers per event.
The feature to email was there- but never worked. Now we can send numbers, codes, buyer details to who we wish to send to.
@rob. Lighten up dude. Your customers are asking for this and other glaringly obvious bugs and lack of implementation and you ignore them. By the looks of it, there are even more requests for fixes since i last checked.
Bullying buyers to shhh is not cool and i’m genuinely offering you my dev. He fixed these up in a weekend and its been more than a year since these features have been missing.
PM me if you want his details.
Happy days 🙂
February 10, 2014 at 2:13 pm in reply to: need report of customers who bought a specific ticket #102834paulpetchParticipantI’ve implemented a solution to this so it is possible. From what we worked out, individual dates show a global count of purchased tickets so without a fix its pointless. We are looking at a plugin to solve this issue so feel free to contact me via http://paulpetch.co.nz/ for news of when we are offering it.

paulpetchParticipantSo Rob. This question is the same as mine and 1 year has passed for Mike. I’m confused to why i ask for this “feature” and its an issue yet others are also looking for this fix.
Anyway, where is the attendee list you talk of?
paulpetchParticipantI’m now with another developer trying to get this fixed. Implemented. Working. What ever you call it. First response from developer “why is a core feature not working?”
How can you sell a product that does not tell the buyer or admin the sale info? Wrong dates? No dates? WTF?
Contacting developers of the plugin has been pointless. No one even bothers to return emails.
This is not a REQUESTED FEATURE its a feature that should be there already.
I’ll not be recommending this plugin to anyone. What is more important in the development than actually making the event ticket purchase send the dates to the buyer and admin!!!
January 20, 2014 at 5:12 pm in reply to: attendees with completed orders not showing up on attendee list #94930paulpetchParticipantIs it a recurring ticket tommyacquario? If so its not supported by the plugin. You have to manually guess what has been purchased. Also your customers will get a confirmation with the first recurring date for that event. Great eh!

November 25, 2013 at 8:21 pm in reply to: Latest release. Is there a way to see what event buyers are attending? #78592paulpetchParticipantOh and maybe eadd this small print in BOLD above your sales page along with the fact that there is NO WAY to know what tickets and events have been booked. Then see how many you sell.
November 25, 2013 at 8:19 pm in reply to: Latest release. Is there a way to see what event buyers are attending? #78591paulpetchParticipantbtw. by not being transparent and relying on paying customers to ‘stumble’ onto the small print is a terrible way to do business. I’d like to invoice the developers my bils to date to get this POS working with a developer that actually knows what he is doing.
I’m furious!
November 25, 2013 at 8:17 pm in reply to: Latest release. Is there a way to see what event buyers are attending? #78588paulpetchParticipant???? Not once has this been highlighted through my multiple posts in here. So let me get this straight. It’s basically useless and costs $65?
So it does not tell admin what event ticket has been purchased and it also does not send the correct ticket event date to the buyer?
Am i missing something here or is this a joke?
November 25, 2013 at 3:12 pm in reply to: Latest release. Is there a way to see what event buyers are attending? #78509paulpetchParticipantMore deets.
Every ticket sent states the date to be November 16th? Regardless of product or actual event date?

November 25, 2013 at 2:37 pm in reply to: Latest release. Is there a way to see what event buyers are attending? #78493paulpetchParticipantTo make this clearer. My issue is THIS from my developer (who by the way is adding the feature to email admins actual ticket details!!!)
“The recurring event date chosen aren’t displaying the correct date in the emails sent to customer.
It displays the first date for that recurring event only.”
And we have turned off all other plugins. Looking forward to a fix ASAP.
November 25, 2013 at 11:52 am in reply to: Latest release. Is there a way to see what event buyers are attending? #78466paulpetchParticipantAlso, i’ve got blank tickets on recurring events.
