MemberHi there Heather,
Thanks for getting back to me with such a detailed reply.
I must admit I’m not sure about what’s causing this but a similar issue was solved today. So please try the solution provided here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/html-shows-as-text/#post-1003968 – I hope it works for you as well!
Please try it out and let me know,
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHey B,
Thanks a lot for your feedback on this!
I still need to check this with other support team members – I’m not sure about the ‘Use translation Editor’ option and would like to give you a firm answer on this.
Thanks for the patience on this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Paolo,
Grazie for followin-up on this!
Other customers reported similar issues, they seem to be related with translation of slugs. This bug is already logged and a fix for this will be included in the upcoming maintenance release -coming out really soon. While this might be related to it I’m still not sure.
Can you hold on for the maintenance release to be out -mostly sure that will happen early next week- to check if it fixes your issue?
In the mean time it might be useful to test this with ‘ugly’ permalinks to see if this is causing it. If it works this way it’s likely this is related to the mentioned bug.
Thanks,
NicoNico
MemberHi James,

MemberIf you have some suggestion what to check out, test etc. Or if you are interested in my specific code – I am ready to help
Thanks a ton Jan, we usually put out the release candidates for testing before they ship, you are welcome to test this when the moment comes. 🙂

MemberHi @avocadesign and Jan,
Thanks both for reaching out to us on this, and sorry for the inconvenience this might be causing to you 🙁
Unfortunately this is something that has been reported by other customer as well, and further testing on our side confirmed this is a bug. It’s logged into our product backlog and a fix for this should be included in the upcoming version of the plugin. Due to time pressures and since it’s not a critical bug -we know it can be annoying but it won’t break your site- the fix won’t make it to the maintenance release coming out, hopefully next week.
Do you think you can hold on for the fix? Next release is scheduled to be out early November -this is an approximate date-, in the meantime if this is really important for you I would recommend downgrading to a previous version of the calendar: Downgrading a plugin to a past version. Hope this is not to critical for you though!
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you,

MemberHey Courtney,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Hopefully this is done automatically, but not sure if this is still too big for you or if it’s not collapsing at all.
Can you share the site URL with me so I can take a look? I’ve tried accessing the URL you posted by it prompts for a user and pass. If they are necessary please be sure to mark the reply as private.

MemberHi there @oniregoc,
Thanks for getting in touch! Hopefully I can help you out on this one 🙂
Just go to WP-Admin > Settings > General > Time Format and change the format to 24hrs time with am/pm. The output should be modified by that change.
Please let me know if this does the trick,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi David,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Sorry to hear this is still an issue for you.
I’ve reviewed the previous thread and I think that Josh’s conclusion there might be on the spot. From what you described it seems to be a theme/plugin related issue, in the past we’ve heard of some themes flushing permalinks on every load.
Do you have a test site where we can make some changes/tests on this? First of all please update our plugins to the latest version and after that switch the theme to Tweenty Fifteen and re-save permalinks. If it works at this point I think we can narrow down this to a theme related issue.
If it still doesn’t work, please disable all other plugins, re-save permalinks and try again.
Please let me know how this tests go,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi Jeremy,
Thanks for reahcing out and sorry to hear about this issue!
I’ve inspected the site -http://e4d.com/calendars/- and I see there are a couple of JS errors in the console. and I guess this might be causing the mobile layout to fail. Can you take a look into these errors?
Probably solving this one would alivate a few at least: “You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.”.
Please let me know about this,
Best,
NicoNico
MemberHi there @josephmak,
Thanks for reaching out to us! Interesting issue here, I’ll help you out figuring what’s wrong with your script but for that I would need to have a copy of it.
Can you post the code for query and output of the events here?
Thanks,
NicoNico
