I’m using The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO for a website, but the Map view doesn’t seem to work (and yes, it’s enabled in the settings). I’m almost sure it has worked for a while, but suddenly (probably after some operation) it doesn’t show up anymore.

Could you possibly give me some hints about what to check, or a way to ‘reset’ the settings that I could have inadvertently changed?

Welcome to our support forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’ll hel you out getting this right!
Inspecting your site I can see everything seem to be working as expected but the Ajax call that fetches the events is returning ‘0’ instead of the corresponding events. Apart from that I don’t see any Javascript errors in the console or other signs that might lead us to find the solution for this.
Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.
Please try that out and let me know about the results,

ParticipantI tried to reset the theme and deactivate all other plugins other than events and events pro but still doesn’t help. Events map still doesn’t show. And I’m pretty sure it has worked for a while… Please give me other hints about what to check. Thanks!

Other customers reported similar issues, they seem to be related with translation of slugs. This bug is already logged and a fix for this will be included in the upcoming maintenance release -coming out really soon. While this might be related to it I’m still not sure.
Can you hold on for the maintenance release to be out -mostly sure that will happen early next week- to check if it fixes your issue?
In the mean time it might be useful to test this with ‘ugly’ permalinks to see if this is causing it. If it works this way it’s likely this is related to the mentioned bug.
