ParticipantThanks, that did the trick. I am a little confused in that other sites I manage have TEC beyond v4.2 and the maps are still working!
Also, can I use the same API key on multiple sites or does each site need it’s own?
Many thanks,
Nancynancytimper
ParticipantI think that did the trick! How a file goes missing is beyond me, but all’s well that ends well.
thanks,

ParticipantI disabled all plugins except Modern Tribe AND switched the theme to Twenty Seventeen. Still cannot see any content in individual events such as:
Desert Gold RV Resort is going to have “A Peter, Paul & Mary Experience”!

ParticipantOk, so I just updated again. This time, TEC updated Ok, then I updated Pro, and it went to deactivated status. I activated it and all was well…
A mystery I guess.

ParticipantSorry, I kind of lost track of this. No, the Odio theme does not recommend or require TEC.

ParticipantI don’t actually get an error message: TEC is just missing from the list of plugins, and the page where I have placed shortcode shows the actual shortcode.
Have updated both plugins.
I fixed the issue by renaming TEC and installing a fresh copy.

ParticipantThanks, I am working with Woo. If they can’t resolve it, will try your Events Tickets Plus plugin since it is compatible with Woo (in theory anyway?).
nancytimper
ParticipantWell, I’ll be darned, I didn’t think of that. It is a problem with regular pages, too. So I will take it up with WooCommerce.
I guess another option is to purchase your Tickets Pro plugin ?
thanks,

ParticipantHere you go.

ParticipantAlso having this problem.

ParticipantOk, so, I deleted one in the series (10/18) and it disappeared. Then, I went to edit the rest of the series and I see 10/18 has been added as an exclusion (with the time appended). Tried adding – and then removing – another exclusion, which 1. did not work and 2. caused the first, deleted (excluded) event to come back.

ParticipantProblem seems intermittant. Still testing.
