I’m on GoDaddy wordpress hosting, so no cPanel.

Well, tickets, calendar, and WooCom. were updated today and we tried selling a ticket. Once again, everything worked except the ticket being emailed …again. Tried resending a ticket. All notifications working, just no email received by ticket purchaser. We have not added anything to this site since it last worked in May I believe.

I went to default theme, no ticket.
I uninstalled deactivated plugins, no ticket.
I am reuploading the log….

So, I’m looking at the last time I needed support and the problem was the QR codes not printing out (image was being deleted after generation on system). The solution was cleaning out some php. Possible ? I am going to try ticketing with default theme later today, but, I’m thinking php atm…..

attached is the debug log. I contacted the host (godaddy) and they do do not see anything on their end blocking emails going out.

Thanks folks. I did as you directed and there was also an update for the woocommerence gateway cim. It’s all working again now.

Holy Smokes ! I have no idea how to use The Events Calendar User CSS plugin. I just want to hide the number of tickets available for all events…Whew !

Good evening Geoff and thanks for your help. I will try the css plugin in the morning. I see the multiple QR codes so no worries there. On ‘Actions’ to regenerate and resend the ticket, What do I do exactly ? Lastly (and this is a new question), I want the ticket orders to ‘auto-complete’ and send the ticket to the purchaser. What are those exact settings ?
