ParticipantHello folks. I just got back from 2 weeks at burning man and when I returned, my client was getting errors from folks purchasing tickets. I have created a dummy event to recreate the events. 1st: When customer tries to buy a ticket screen-cap one happens. In screen-cap 2, this is what I see. When client hits purchase again (and they do because of the error), they are charged again but we do not see that on WooC. I then complete the order and all notifications go out correctly. If I try to refund the order, then scree-cap 3 happens. I’m gonna start the troubleshooting with you folks since your plugins were updated the most recently. All of my plugins are updated. I’m thinking (maybe incorrectly) that a feature in WooC< making tickets a downloadable item> is conflicting with the new features added in the latest event and ticket plugins of which I have premium. I use a WooC plugin called ‘Authorize.net cim’ as a gateway to manifest the cc transactions.
this is on the ‘discoverdavinci.com’ site.
Cheers !

MemberHi Matt. Sorry you’re experiencing this, and thanks for all the details.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket (like going through the checkout routine you took screen-caps of).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantWordPress 4.6.1
Event tickets: active: Version 4.2.6
Event tickets Plus: active: Version 4.1.3 (I see an update on the site, how do I manually update?)
The Events Calendar: active: Version 4.2.6
The Events Calendar Pro: active: Version 4.2.5
The Events Calendar User CSS: active: Version 1.4.2
The Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets: deactivated: Version 3.12.1
Should I delete\deactivate any of these and why is updater not detecting newer version of ET Plus ?September 13, 2016 at 2:55 pm #1163633Cliff
MemberEvent Tickets Plus (ET+) fully replaces our legacy “tickets” plugins (e.g. WooTickets, EDD Tickets) should already have a copy of Event Tickets Plus in your account: My Account > Downloads
You should make sure you have the latest version of ET+, deactivate WooTickets plugin, then activate ET+, then everything should be working fine (including past data) and then you can delete WooTickets.
You can read more at Moving to Event Tickets Plus.
Please review these links and let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Thanks!

ParticipantThanks folks. I did as you directed and there was also an update for the woocommerence gateway cim. It’s all working again now.
