Hi Victor,
I did as you asked, and did not get any errors displayed on the screen, or in the debug log while running the scheduled import. Is there any mechanism in the code to remove imports under any conditions? for example if it times out for some reason, or some other error is encountered, or if has been completed X times? I feel like maybe something like this is getting triggered in error. This has occured to us with this same feed 3 times now.
As far as timing of this, we saw the first occurance after our update to 4.9.6 but that could have been coincidental.
Thanks
-ScottLuke ScottParticipantMake sure you are using the entire link, the format part is towards the end of the get variables. Its definitly returning .ics format.
Thanks

Luke ScottParticipantGood Morning,
I’ve installed the most recent version (4.6.1) and am still having the same two issues.
1) Some events do not import (2 from the feed in november, that include “fall visit” in the title)
2) The updates no longer run automatically.Really hoping we can get this resolved soon!
Thanks
-ScottLuke ScottParticipantHi Courtney,
I’ve just updated both wordpress and tribe to the latest versions again. The import ran this time, but it still didn’t import 2 at least of the events which are in the feed. I verified they are in the feed.We do not have the option to remove all events and start again.
Thanks

Luke ScottParticipantHi Victor,
We’ve upgraded to the latest version, but are still having issues. There are two issues currently
– scheduled imports are not running on a regular basis (they were previously).
– We have 4 events with similar names but different dates, but only one of them is importing.Let me know what we can do to solve this.
Thanks!
-ScottLuke ScottParticipantIt started working, and then has stopped again.
Is this an issue on your servers that you were able to correct for a bit, if so, can you do so again?
ThanksLuke ScottParticipantI’ve updated to the new version that came out, and I’m still having an issue. Now within the history page, the following gets shown when I hover over the exlamation point:
Import failed: The import being fetched is not queued up for importing. Please try the import again.
Help!
Thanks
Luke ScottParticipantThanks for the quick reply Courtney!
That link has worked in the past in EA. It validates in the ical validator.
Thanks

Luke ScottParticipantIve also had this problem for a few weeks now. The license is showing as valid under settings, but the only option i have available to create a new import is .csv. This existed before and after the last release. I’ve also attempted removing the licence and putting it back in, but get the same result.
If you find a solution, please let me know.
Luke ScottParticipantHi Courtney,
I’ve tested those situations (default theme) and disabling other plugins on a development server. Neither is generating errors. The plugin is not generating the error: “Import failed: Events could not be imported. The URL provided did not have events in the proper format.”
The events are certainly in proper format. i’ve validated them with an iCalendar validator.
