    Erikk, sorry for the delayed reply.

    I had one of our developers look further into your situation because others haven’t had these issues with the licenses (after re-issuing a new key)…

    It looks like your key is working just fine, but your imports had no new events. Imports running successfully but showing an error when there were no new events was a known issue that no longer should be an issue with The Events Calendar version 4.5.10 (released yesterday).

    It appears there were successful imports earlier today with the license key you’ve currently got added to your site: a32ac41…

    So, could you please check to see if things are working fine for you now and let me know what you find out? Thank you.

    The import options are no longer greyed out but the scheduled import are still not working. Yes one ran but I attempted to run another and it failed again.

    Could you please specify which feed didn’t work for you?

    Does it work manually?

    Were there no new events at that feed?

    Ive also had this problem for a few weeks now. The license is showing as valid under settings, but the only option i have available to create a new import is .csv. This existed before and after the last release. I’ve also attempted removing the licence and putting it back in, but get the same result.

    If you find a solution, please let me know.

    Hi, Luke.

    I understand you are likely experiencing the exact same thing as this thread’s original poster.

    We definitely want to keep track of trends regarding specific bugs or theme/plugin incompatibilities. However, we need you to create your own separate thread (linking back to this thread would be great) so that we can address each user’s issue independently.

    By doing it this way, we can fully address the situation based on each user’s unique combination of settings, active plugins, etc. We’ll also be able to compare and contrast as needed.

    Finally, posting to your own thread allows you to share your System Information Report and post Private Replies that only you (the original poster) and our staff can see.

    Please do reference any action steps we may have recommended in this thread and then create your own separate thread with as much information as you think would be helpful for us.

    Hey,

    Just wanted to share with you that a new maintenance release is out, containing a fix for this issue ?

    These are the improvements shipped for Events Aggregator this release:

    • Fix – Avoid Event Aggregator previews or scheduled imports being marked as failures.
    • Fix – Fixed an issue that would sometimes render Event Aggregator options invalid even with a valid license.
    • Fix – Fixed an issues where Event Aggregator scheduled imports could not run other than manually.
    • Tweak – Improve Event Aggregator message regarding Facebook token expiration.
    • Tweak – Support importing from URLs (Event Aggregator) where the protocol hasn’t been specified by defaulting to HTTP.
    • Tweak – Added filter: tribe_aggregator_meta_source to filter the Event Aggregator import source.
    • Tweak – Added filter: tribe_events_linked_post_meta_values_{$current_linked_post_meta_key} for filtering the array of values retrieved for a specific linked post meta field.
