Thanks
CarlasParticipantThanks Victor, that worked. I also found a line of code in the support forum that I put in before your reply and everything is fine now.
Thank you very much
CarlasParticipantFor some reason the external link field is not displaying correctly. I switched to a basic theme (2017) and the field displayed correctly. Please let me know what to do. Although it does display correctly on a cellphone. It’s just on the computer that it doesn’t display correctly. This is the page on my website: https://www.livevenuetix.com/events/community/add it seems like all of the fields are on the right for some reason.

I double spaced before entering the code the first time but this time I just spaced one time and put the code in there and it worked. Thank you! You guys helped me tremendously!!!

July 8, 2016 at 6:03 pm in reply to: Change Woocommerce Label in Community Event Submission Form #1137644CarlasParticipantI put the snippet in my themes function.php file and it crashed my website. I removed the snippet then updated my file and my website is still not working now. How do I restore it?

CarlasParticipantOk, thank you.
CarlasParticipantYes it does work now, but I didn’t deactivate any plugins I just switched to the Twenty Sixteen theme. Is there anyway to make it work with my current theme or should I just switch to a theme that the plugin works correctly with?
CarlasParticipantOk thank you, my issue is resolved.

CarlasParticipantCould you download the plugin ZIP? Yes
Could you install and activate the plugin? No
Is it failing when you try to connect to the EventBrite API? Haven’t got that far.
At what point does the message “this site cannot be reached” appears? The message appears when I’m installing the plugin
Is it on our site or EventBrite site? Eventbrite site I think. -
