    I am testing my add-ons and I can see the “Add Ticket” link while I am logged into my wordpress site but my front end users don’t have the option to “add ticket” to their event on the front end. Please help

    Secondly, could you share a screenshot of your Events -> Settings -> Community settings (the complete page) ?

    Good evening Carlas,

    Thank you for sharing your information and screenshot.
    I believe I know what is going on.

    In order to add tickets (as you can see under the Allow any user to create tickets section), the website visitor needs:

    • A subscriber role (which means logging in) or at least the edit_event_tickets capability

    If you want to allow an unlogged user to create tickets, you will need to find a way to provide your website visitors with that capability by default.
