    Hello, I added a “Flat Fee” per ticket, but the plucin is only adding the “Flat Fee” Per transaction. For example: If someone buys 1 ticket my fee is $3.50 and it is added at checkout correctly. If someone buys 3 tickets the fee is still #3.50 instead of charging the event goer #3.50 3x it only charges the fee for 1 transaction instead of 3 tickets. Am I doing something wrong? Just updated all apps to latest version but it was doing this with the last version also.

    Thank you for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here!

    I believe that what is happening on your site is actually the correct behavior. The problem is our wording of things in the admin options. If you notice, the description for the flat fee option says, “The flat fee charged for each event in an order.” (emphasis mine)

    In your cart, there are three tickets, but they are all to one event. And so the flat fee only gets applied once.

    We should make the other label more clear, as it currently says “per-ticket”, which should be “per-event”. I will check with our developers to confirm if this is indeed an error/typo.

    No problem—I have created a ticket for our developers to fix this, so please do stay tuned to upcoming product updates where, hopefully, this will be fixed.

    I don’t have an ETA on when such fixes will arrive, but it would likely not be more than a few weeks.
