ParticipantThis worked GREAT! Thank you so much for working with me till this was resolved. Really appreciate your time and effort.
Kris
Participanti do not believe so. what would be the best way to fix this as we have events coming up that really require locations.
Kris
ParticipantHello…thank you for your reply. I am attaching the events xml file that I imported using the wordpress importer function. If there is a better way to do this…I would be happy to do that if you point me in the right direction. Thank you!

ParticipantHello…
I set up a new test site on the same server with only the calendar plugins and the default theme. I created a new event and the adding a location worked fine. I then imported the events that are currently on our website and can reproduce the problem with the imported events. So it is directly related to importing them. We do not want to have to create every single event again…so is there a way to perhaps fix this???
Kris
Participantwent ahead and ran the test like you asked and there were no errors shown. please see screen cap

ParticipantJust wanted to add…i’ve had this issue for quite some time on our site and the only way i could resolve it was to do a fresh install of wordpress and import pages, event etc and NOT do a direct copy of the database. This is the only way I could get the am/pm to stay selected was to take this route. Hope this helps in solving the issue.
Kris
Participanthmmm yes i am. thanks will go back to looking for a plugin conflict. appreciate the prompt response!

ParticipantSure I understand…and I’ve been poking around in there. The curious thing that I notice though…is if a template loads from the pro version then the image shows up fine as in the week view
http://sunnydawnjohnston.com/upcomingevents/week/
but when viewing the month view which is from the standard version it appears as I described above
http://sunnydawnjohnston.com/upcomingevents/month/
So i’m just trying to understand why the standard and pro version render differently. I appreciate your help. Thank you!
Kris
ParticipantPerfect…yes thank you!! My only other question is for some reason the header pic … http://sunnydawnjohnston.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/bkgrnd_wingssdj4.jpg does not show up on this page only. Can you help me find out where to add it on this page?
Thank you for your prompt reply!
Kris
Participantsame issue for me…they have disappeared after all the updates
Kris
Participantdo you have an example of a formatted event email to work off of?
Kris
ParticipantHello…I wish I could tell you what exactly fixed it. I resorted to going into phpmyadmin and doing an optimize and repair on the database…and once i did that all was well. I was racking my brain to figure out if it was anything else I did…and I can’t. BUT I can tell you…that so far with woocomerce 2.03…and the update…it seems to be working well.
Kris
ParticipantNEVER MIND…found the issue…thank you!!
Kris
Participantjust checking to see where you are with this update also. i would LOVE for this plugin to work as there are not that many out there that import and sync with facebooks events…so if you could an ETA on your progess that would be great. or else…i might need to ask for a refund also.
