End time ticket sale not working properly

Hello…when trying to set the end time am or pm…the selection does not stay….therefore the event sales don’t stop when expected. Is this an issue?

I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties.

I don’t find the same thing when I try to replicate locally. Just to confirm, are you clicking the Save This Ticket button after setting the start and end sale dates/times or are you using the main Update/Publish button provided higher up the screen?

hmmm yes i am. thanks will go back to looking for a plugin conflict. appreciate the prompt response!
