ParticipantHi Amanda,
It looks like things are working ok to me. I see your big calendar and if I navigate to Feb., I see the Feb. 14 event here: http://www.amandamarks.com/testbed?post_type=tribe_events&eventDisplay=month&eventDate=2013-02 – it does look like you could use to do some re-arranging to get the calendar showing in a full width layout. you might try changing the Events > Settings > Template option to help with this.
There is no setting to toggle the Google and ical buttons, you would need to remove these from the templates yourself. Let me know if you want help with that.

ParticipantHi Susan,
I see the widget on the website you provided and it’s only showing the next 5 events. Are you seeing something different or do you need it to show something different?

ParticipantHi James, the path for the file to be patched is: /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/resources/events-admin.js

ParticipantHi James,
I’m not sure I understand your first item. How else could the recurring event feature work if not duplicating the same event? Sure, it may not be ideal for SEO, but in some cases you are going to have events that happen on the same days every month with the same information. This is one of the main reasons we built the recurring feature. Otherwise, you would have to manually duplicate or copy information for those events and that would be pretty cumbersome.
On the second issue, that sounds like a potential problem that shouldn’t be happening the way it is. Is this happening for all recurring events or only some? You should always get a dialog popup when saving information for recurring events that asks you whether to apply the changes to the current event (which will break it out of the pattern) or applying the changes to all the events in the pattern. Are you not seeing this dialog? If you are not seeing the dialog, we are aware of an issue along these lines and we have a patch you can try installing. Replace /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/resources/events-admin.js with this copy: http://cl.ly/code/1v382M03033d
If that doesn’t work, would you be willing to provide me wp-admin access so I can take a look at some things? Please email access to pro [at] tri [dot] be, attn. to me and reference this thread.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Michael,
Try adding this to your theme’s style.css file, it will remove the background color on td (cells) within that table:
#content .tribe-events-event-list-meta td {
background: none;
}
Does that help?– Jonah

ParticipantHi Caroline,
If it’s still the issue with the conflict with the Series Engine plugin, there’s no update on getting that fixed in the current release. We’re focusing most of our effors on version 3 which is coming out soon and should take care of your issue.
Sorry I don’t have more to provide at this time.

ParticipantI’m glad that helped Bryan, let us know if there’s anything else you need help with.

ParticipantSure, first look in Events > Settings > Template. If you are using the Default Events Template, it will be /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/views/ecp-page-template.php – if you are using anything else, it should be the file for whatever corresponding page template from your theme (page.php, etc.).

ParticipantHi Daniella,
We don’t include a search in our plugin so that must have been custom coded. You will need to work it out with your developer to get that fixed.

ParticipantHi Jon,
Can you please try updating to 2.0.11 (core and PRO) and 1.0.4 for Facebook Events to see if that helps. Also, please try deactivating all other plugins and/or reverting to the Twenty Eleven/Twelve theme to rule out any conflicts there.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Laura,
Currently our plugin does not have the ability to send out emails in the way you are describing. You could try a third party solution like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/peters-collaboration-e-mails/ and there may be others.
I hope that helps!

ParticipantHi Daniella,
Does this happen all the time or only with our plugin activated?

ParticipantHi Bryan,
We’ve written an FAQ that should help you with that: https://theeventscalendar.com/faq/the-calendar-page-title-shows-title-of-an-event/
Please try that out and let me know if that helps.

ParticipantHi Darnell,
Can you give me a little more detail as to what you’re trying to accomplish on the home page and please provide the code you are using to do so. Please paste your code to: http://snippi.com/
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Don,
I’ve exhausted my resources on this and am going to have a developer take a look. You should hear something back in the next day or two.
Cheers,
