ParticipantHi rossburg,
You can put that wherever you want in your functions.php file, at the end, at the beginning, in the middle just so long as it doesn’t conflict with anything else in there. The only thing it’s going to do on the front end is modify the query on the events list page to list all events on the page for the next year. That’s what you wanted right?

ParticipantHi Caroline,
Can you send us a copy of the plugin for evaluation purposes? You can email to pro [at] tri [dot] be and attn. to me. I’ll need to pass it onto a developer to take a look at.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Caroline,
Now reactivate the plugins you deactivated one by one to find the offender and let me know which one it is so we can investigate further.
You can decide how important the other plugin is to you and whether or not you can find a replacement. I may be able to make some suggestions for you too.
Thanks,
JonahJonah
ParticipantHi Caroline,
Hmmm, ok. Can you try deactivating all other plugins? I’ve seen at least one other issue like this where it was due to a plugin. Let me know whether or not that works.
Thanks,

ParticipantHi Mike,
Sounds like a lot of traffic. Is your site getting hit a ton? Where are all the queries coming from? Do you have a lot of events? We’ll need some more information to be able to tell you anything more.

ParticipantHi Charles,
We won’t really be able to help you with this but you’re on the right track. Posts 2 Posts is definitely what you’d want to use you’re just going to need to play with it a bit more to get it to work. Good luck!

ParticipantHi rossburg,
You should be able to do it by hooking into the pre_get_posts function. Add this to your theme’s functions.php file:

ParticipantHi Javier,
Our plugin is somewhat responsive and we are working more and more towards a more responsive calendar but at the moment we don’t guarantee it’s going to look right on iPad or iPhone. This will be up to you to assign the proper styling at the correct breakpoints to get it to look the way you want on iPad and iPhone.
Good luck!

ParticipantHi Polly,
It seems to be working for me. Did you resolve this?

ParticipantHi Caroline,
Sorry to hear about the issues. We’ve had another report of this and I’m having a developer take a look to see what’s going on and I’ll keep you posted on that. In the mean time, if it’s not too much to ask would you be able to try recreating the recurring events that seem to be part of the cause of the problem? The Sunday Service event in particular and/or any other recurring events you have on the calendar? I think there may have been a bug pre 2.0.9 and the fix is only applying to newly created recurring events…
Thanks and let me know how it goes.

ParticipantHi rossburg,
Do you mean for WordPress menus? Or, what are you talking about?

ParticipantHi David,
Thanks for reporting back. I’m glad to hear the recurring events are working now. Please let me know if the issue crops up again.

ParticipantHi Ray,
This a good suggestion and I will add it to our system as a potential new feature. Thanks for posting it!
Cheers,

ParticipantGlad that worked Thomas, I’ve also got a patched copy of the widget file here: http://cl.ly/code/2g3x3R0c0z1s
Just replace the code in the file or the file itself in /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/views/events-advanced-list-load-widget-display.php

ParticipantSounds good Annette, it’s strange that that plugin would not be loading certain scripts but it’s probably better to not use if it does.
