So keep an eye on our Pro Release Notes, but I can safely say that this bug won’t be solved for the next release as it is in it’s final stages of testing.

Sorry for the delay on my answer, and thanks for reaching out to us here on the forum.
I was trying to reproduce this bug I was able to do it on my localhost, but unfortunately we don’t have a solution for this problem, this will require a developer to fix the bug.
So I’m creating a Ticket on our bug tracker and our team will take a closer look and find a solution. But unfortunately there isn’t much we can do to solve your issue for now.

So I saw that you are using a category called “Events”, and it might be confusing the Redirect structure, because I tried the http://www.stayclassyarizona.com/events and it is working as expected, and I didn’t see any redirects.
Can you provide what is the current status of the problems?

I would like to mention that you can do that with a plugin developed by one of our developers to supplement some of the needs from The Events Calendar, such as the need for shortcodes.
Check out Event Rocket, read the documentation it’s all you need.

For the Pro version of the plugin to work you will need the original Version as well, just use the FTP to upload the Pro version to the plugins directory.
Don’t worry this process wont delete your current events, they will remain.

Sorry, but unfortunately we don’t have this feature in our plugin yet.
That said you have two possible options:
- Suggest it on our UserVoice Forum, and our development team will take it in consideration for future releases
- Hire a WordPress developer to create this feature for you
If this said Developer wants some guide on how he could approach this, he can reply here and I will give him some tips on how to do it.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue here on our support forum.
I would like to point out that this normally happens when you have either:
- Too many plugins installed
- Your server is not ready for the plugins you installed
So you can raise the amount of memory you server can you by following this guide, but it that doesn’t help you will need to contact you hosting company.
If that doesn’t help you will need to deactivate the plugin that is causing this issue, or the combination of plugins.
