Events Community Addon – Redirect Loop from hell

Hi,
I am using the Divi Theme by elegant themes.
The whole site launched 2 weeks ago. This past week was the build out.
Wordpress is equally new 4.1.1
There are NO customizations.

I bought Events Calendar PRO (2x now)
and the Community Events addon plugin.

After installing and and connecting it up two days ago my site imploded. Every page including http://www.stayclassyarizona.com/wp-admin and /wp-login with access to my WP-admin dashboard kept redirecting back to the homepage. So with no access to the backend of my site I was unable to test plugins added.

The Community addon was active but never used. The day before the redirect hell loop I added one event through the wp dashboard backend that saved created 6 identical events daily and polluted by calendar.

Thank was all yesterday.

Today, the redirect loop is still present BUT now the homepage is all white with a string of simple black text that says “This website is temporarily down.”

So, 2 hours on the phone with my hosting company today and we finally found the issue is the community events addon. There are a small handful of plugins on the website, almost all from elegant themes.

My Questions:
1> Do you have a code fix for this?
2> Are you updating the community events addon soon?
3> I need a fix for this issue and quick. Users being able to add events is a required asset of the site.

I’ve read a ton of forum posts and a few people have the same issue. I see from a post in late 2014 stating with the new release the issue will be fixed. At this point the issue still exists.

I tried this too. Not helpful.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on our support forum.

So I saw that you are using a category called “Events”, and it might be confusing the Redirect structure, because I tried the http://www.stayclassyarizona.com/events and it is working as expected, and I didn’t see any redirects.

Can you provide what is the current status of the problems?
