Scratch that. I tested submitting the form and the paragraph test styling issue came up again. I’ll check with our Developers to see if we can get you access to a Dev site to test.
Thanks!

JonnyParticipantHi Victor,
Thanks for the response. I restarted my computer to see if it was a caching issue or something specific to my computer and seems to have done the trick. I think we’re all good.
Thanks for checking things out!

Thanks for the reply and the reminder on response timeframe. We ended up tracking down the issue over the weekend and you beat me to the punch in marking the issue resolved :). I saw in another thread to check if there are javascript errors from other plugins coming up in the console on the plugin page and that appeared to be our issue that we got fixed up.
I’ve just kept our current license key in place since it’s valid through 06-17-2018 so the new license key shouldn’t be needed.
Thanks for your help!

I’ve been seeing responses to other questions related to this issue, but still waiting to hear back on our issue. Can we get some help on this issue? We need to get this working asap.
We haven’t changed anything since we started using the plugin, so I’m wondering if it’s related to the maintenance release that was made late June.
I’ve tried deactivating / reactivating the events calendar plugin, removing the event aggregator license key and re-adding it, but it still doesn’t allow us to add any new imports or edit previous ones.
I’m wondering if worth deleting our current event aggregator license and starting a new one to see if that resolves the issue.
If I do that, I want to confirm if:
1) we’re going to be able to get the event details back or are we starting from scratch?
2) All of our settings will be lost
3) I can avoid being charged again for getting a new licenseThanks!

JonnyParticipantNo worries, Thank you for the response. I actually worked it out a little bit ago.
I had updated my servers php in order to work with woocommerce and found that my graphics daemon didn’t automatically update as well. So once I added that new .gd to my php 5.6 version, the QR code started coming through. So I’m all set. Thanks. Sorry to bother.
JonnyParticipantI worked it out. Needed to install a new graphics driver for php 5.6 in order to get the QR code.
June 13, 2017 at 10:30 am in reply to: QR Code or Ticket Fields are not on the downloaded ticket. #1297382JonnyParticipantI figured this issue out. It was because after upgrading PHP 5.5 to 5.6 I need add in a new graphics driver for 5.6. The image started coming through at that point.
JonnyParticipantGetting URGENT! I need to sell these tickets and I don’t want to have to hand check in people.
This is the whole reason I paid $89 for plugin. Is this a known issue? Is there a setting I’m missing? Is there a PHP module I’m missing. I don’t understand how everything but the QR code works. THIS NEEDS TO GET RESOLVED! We have other events with hundreds of people. The QR code is crucial.
June 13, 2017 at 9:14 am in reply to: QR Code or Ticket Fields are not on the downloaded ticket. #1297220JonnyParticipantI’m having this same issue. The email seems to have the space for the QR code box, but there is nothing there. Is is a server issue? I’m running Ubuntu 14.04. Emails come through fine and everything works, but there is no code to scan.
JonnyParticipantStill waiting for assistance. I paid for the plugin and it was said that support for one year was included. Please respond.
