Erikk IsfeldParticipantI would be willing do to that but the show is weekly and we have already sold tickets for next week. I do not want to lose these. Are you certain that I will not lose those ticket sales or the tickets set up for future events?

Erikk IsfeldParticipantThe import options are no longer greyed out but the scheduled import are still not working. Yes one ran but I attempted to run another and it failed again.
Erikk IsfeldParticipantI have removed and replaced added my license again and it is still greyed out. When will you guys have a resolution for this?
Erikk IsfeldParticipantI said yes and no because some important happened but then it died. The single import options are now greyed out again.
I built beta.comedyinvictoria.com to ensure that it was not a site configuration issue with comedyinvictoria.com. The beta site is experiencing it as well. So the issue is clearly on your side.
I won’t be doing anything further troubleshooting this weekend as this has been very frustrating and you guys don’t seem to be very honest about what is going on.
Hopefully by Tuesday your issues will be resolved and I can have a couple of months of stability from this product.
Erikk IsfeldParticipantAnd the options are greyed out again.
Erikk IsfeldParticipantI hit Correct Answer in error when attempting to edit my last response. Please remove the Solved Flag
I get this error in the History section “There may be an issue with the Event Aggregator server. Please try your import again later.”

Erikk IsfeldParticipantI hear you, Neil! I am frustrated by this issue too and feel that this product is not as stable as I would expect. I do not have confidence that after this issue is fixed, I won’t be in the support forums again with another importing issue. I am looking at another vendor as I have a number of licenses that are expired and can’t justify the time and expense to re purchase them if I am troubleshooting monthly. I have looked at eventon but my theme (eventica) is built with The Events Calendar baked in. I really hope they get their act together shortly.
Erikk IsfeldParticipantYes and no. I just checked and some of the events have now importing but all say “Successfully queued 1 scheduled import” when I attempt to run them manually but don’t import. What does that mean? Thi includes ones that are set to hourly, daily and monthly. Is there a queuing time frame?
Like a lot of other users, I am getting frustrated by the lack of clarity from you guys. This product has some severe stability issues and I don’t feel that confident I won’t be back seeking support before my license expires.
Erikk IsfeldParticipantStill no dice unfortunately.
Before I made the switch to the new key, the options for a new import we’re not greyed out but when I tried to run one of my scheduled import I would get the same server error as above.
After the switch of keys, the options are greyed out again and scheduled import still give the error.
Thank you for the key extension. I have to admit that I also becoming frustrated with these errors as my comedy in Victoria website is slowly dieing without new content being added automatically.
Erikk IsfeldParticipantYes, I am aware that I have two keys due to the fact I previously had the Facebook and CSV importer.
I have tried both and neither work. I have seen a lot of comments in your forums about others experiencing issues with the Events aggregator. I am pretty sure this is the same issue. Do you know when the issues will be resolved?
Erikk IsfeldParticipantUnfortunately, that did not work. I still experience the issue on comedyinvictoria.com. I have not re added back to tributenight.ca until the issue is resolved.
When I attempt to run one of my scheduled imports manually I get the error “There may be an issue with the Event Aggregator server. Please try your import again later.”

Erikk IsfeldParticipantThe import seems to be “working” now. I disabled “WP Smush” plugin and that looks to have resolved the Facebook Cover Image to Featured image issue. I am still having an issue though. I have to manually run the import as I am getting an unknown error. The red exclamation point says it failed for unknown reason and nothing appears in the error log. I am also getting this on RogueRocket.ca and ComedyinVancouver.com along with ComedyinVictoria.com. RogueRocket is using the 2017 wordpress theme.
